I was given a DoorDash gift card after surgery. We ordered through DoorDash with pickup. Ordered two sandwiches and paid to upgrade to two sides with each sandwich. When my husband picked up the order there was only one side with each sandwich. He told the man in the food truck who told him no when it’s door dash there’s only one side and if two are listed they only give you the second one. What on earth? My husband had the receipt. It showed we paid for the extra sides but they would not give them to him. I thought we’d found a new food truck for the long haul. I think not.
