We enjoyed our first visit here. We arrived at 5:15 on a Saturday and were able to get seated right away in the covered and heated outdoor area. The drinks were delicious and the potato appetizer was enjoyed by everyone including the kids. We all ordered pizzas (pepperoni, hot Italian and fig get about it). All were really good! We ordered a kids Caesar for my kids to share and I felt it tasted kind of odd like the lettuce wasn’t fresh but my daughter enjoyed it. The doughnut dessert was so so, probably wouldn’t get again. As far as price goes, I have no issue paying for a good meal. Restaurant work is a hard business especially these days and I can appreciate the dedication and love that goes into it. Their menu has their prices so if you aren’t prepared to pay that then just don’t go ♀️Staff was friendly and the service was great. We are excited to go back and try other items. I do hope they start taking reservations because it is kind of like playing Russian roulette when you show up to a restaurant with three kids and no reservation

The best glazed Brussels sprouts! The rolls are not a bad appetizer too! Special amazing beautiful cocktails and very good thin crust pizza that l enjoyed To finish up, the doughnut kind of puffs with chocolate for dipping (were a bit salty) but l generally recommend this place. Not bad at all.. A bit pricey for us long time Idahoans but the food is way more sophisticated and delicious than other restaurants. Our server Rhiannon was really fun and informative. Astonishingly our food came super fast! They have this order cube thingy that they use… it is wirelessly hooked to the kitchen… I think that helped speed things up. I ordered the filet. Sans the gorgonzola – Delicious – really best cut of meat I have had in a while. Sunday night pasta was great also. Lots more meat than meets the eye. Some combination of meatballs and a roast beef?? Not sure. But good. The caprice salad was great. Mozzarella combined with the tomatoes and arugula with the best balsamic vinegar I have tasted in a long while. The same vinegar was also used on the Brussel sprouts which actually IMHO needed a bit more. If you hate Brussels sprouts you just might like these.

Proof is one of my absolute favorite places in Star. The staff is friendly. They willingly make modifications to accommodate my dietary needs. Their cauliflower crust is so amazing, even my husband enjoys it. Everything is locally sourced, made with love, and veteran owned.

Three of us went to proof on a friday night and it was delicious. started off with bee keeper and gold rush for drinks, as well as the clams and chorizo. i’d say there were at least 12 clams and the sauce had some orange in it that we didn’t expect, as well as some fresh mint. they were not overally rich. order the fig get about it, short rib, and fried chicken. all of which we enjoyed. crust was awesome for the pizza. the short rib falls off the bone. the fried chicken was probably our favorite. the mashed potatoes served with both dishes were excellent with their parmesan twist.

Took the family here for dinner and had a great time. My wife & I both had the Filet – cooked perfectly, seasoned beautifully, and so tender, I cut mine with a fork. Got to meet the Co-owner, Brian, and spoke with him at length about his travels through Europe and his culinary training and experience. They also have a great list of wines & cocktails and be sure to try a Wine Flight!

In their first week doing business I honestly think the employees did a fabulous job. They opened on Monday and we went on Sunday. They are still working out the kinks but the staff was wonderful about taking care of their customers. I had a pep in your step pizza, better known as pepperoni, which good, my friend had a Cobb salad which she enjoyed, hubby shared the pizza with me and our other friend had their chicken sandwich which was a bit dry but edible. I’m sure everything will improve over time.

My husband and I had an amazing experience! The wait was short and the inside is super cute. We tried the Brussel sprouts and OMG they were YUMMY!! My husband had the pepperoni pizza and I had the clam linguine followed by their chocolate moose dessert. We highly recommend this spot and cannot wait to go back!!

Oh my goodness what a wonderful experience tonight. Came on in on a Saturday night and we’re seated right away. Very friendly and a great vibe. The bar is beautiful! My husband and I sat in a great booth and pretty soon Miss Katie came to welcome us and take our drink order. We got dirty martinis and because they don’t have blue cheese stuffed olives, Katie brought us blue cheese crumbles on the side. For us blue cheese stuffed olives fans, this is a great hack when a restaurant does not stuff their own. But, these blue cheese crumbles were delicious and plentiful so it’s all good. Drinks were on point!

What a great addition to our little town. Food was great. Very fresh and full of flavor. Nice selection and a fabulous full bar. For only being open 4 days they are doing a great job and the service was fast and attentive to our needs..
