Amazing food and service! Steaks are cooked to perfection. Our server was great and very polite, just amazing service. Prices are pretty good and right for the price. Make sure to get the shrimp appetizer and egg rolls. We will definitely be back!

Finally got to try Private Property and it did not disappoint. We had a Saturday reservation for 4:30pm and were quickly seated. For appetizers, we ordered the Cajun Egg Rolls, Hand Cut French Fries, and the Property Starter Salad. Highly recommend the Cajun Egg Rolls!! For our entrees, we ordered the Blackened Pork Chop with Mashed Potatoes & Sautéed Green Beans, Seafood Jambalaya, and Shrimp Creole. Everything we ordered was delicious – seasoned and cooked to perfection. Also, the service was great! We can’t wait to visit, again!

I throughly enjoyed this place !! We made reservations. The place was nice. We walked from the back entree there was lights set up and people sitting outside. The staff was so nice and gracious. Our waiter was Gabriela which she was very nice and helpful i asked her about dishes to try because this was my first time eating here. I ordered the blackened alligator bites which were extremely good that came with a slightly spice sauce and coke slaw. I order the pimento cheese bread which it was baked. It was a excellent appetizer to share with the table. Then for my entree i was undecided because i don’t eat shrimp and really wanted the Mardi Gras pasta. The waitress informed me she could have chicken added. Which was perfect. The pasta was hot and extremely flavorful. I also ordered the green beans and whipped potatoes to go with it. The food was really good. I really enjoyed my meal and the customer service. I cannot wait to go back and try something else. This is a hidden gem in Lexington and the vibe is very southern class. Shout out to the kitchen staff and the customer service. Superb service can’t wait to make another reservation.

I had been wanting to try out Private Property for a while. We finally had an opportunity to go & it surpassed my expectations! First of all, the environment is so cool. Such a neat, different, intimate experience. I started off with a Sweet Red Sangria & my husband got a Dashing Old Fashioned. We also got an order of the Egg Rolls & they were AMAZING. I ordered the Mardi Gras Pasta & my husband got the Bayou Bounty. Both were phenomenal & very healthy portions. We had enough for a full serving the following day for lunch. We ended with a dessert but it came & went without time to take a picture! It was a beautiful experience, perfect for a date night. We will surely return! Xoxo

We ordered blackened gator bites while we were having a drink!!! They were delicious! The blackened pork chop, green beans and potatoes is what we ordered to go and it was amazing! The food was still warm and ready to eat when we got home which was 20 minutes away from Lexington in Columbia!!! The bartenders were attentive and prompt!!!

My wife and I just enjoyed yet another tasty dinner at this quaint Cajun eatery. For years, my go to has been the Jambalaya. Perfect amount of spice on this generous portion of rice with sausage and jumbo shrimp. The Mrs. enjoys the she-crab soup and salad. Very consistent food quality and always good service. Amanda took good care of us on this visit.

This is an impressive restaurant in downtown Lexington SC. You will not find the restaurant name outside anywhere except on one side of the building because of a dispute with the city I was told, don’t quite understand the specifics. Once inside it was quite busy and I can now understand why the food was great and presented well. I had NY strip steak and my wife had scallops, both meals were very good along with the service. This is a great place to go to in Lexington.

Nice upscale restaurant in downtown Lexington. The steak came out juicy and well seasoned. If you like steak sauce then they have A1. They do not have any other sauces probably because the steak is so well seasoned that it really is unnecessary. My fiancé and I both ate here and easily spent a hundred dollars just the two of us. It was worth the money. Nice atmosphere and the wait staff is very friendly and helpful. They also serve alligator and crawfish here if you are interested. I suggest the blackened ribeye. If you’re looking for a nice romantic dinner spot, this is your place.

Food service and atmosphere was perfect. Our party of 12 had private dining. Lighting was dim but not too low. Food was cooked to perfection. Friendly staff. We will be returning.

My wife and I decided to eat here on our anniversary this year. Highly recommend reservations because we ate here on a Tuesday at 6(with a reservation), and I heard someone that came in when we did told that the next availability was at 7:45. Our table was ready as soon as we arrived. The Majic Juju Shrimp are outstanding! The pasta was pretty good and the dessert was fantastic. I had eaten here for lunch a few times, but this was our first trip here for dinner, and I will say that we were pleased. Looking forward to our next visit.
