We had a great time at Princi Italia. We came in at 7 pm on a Saturday during the dinner rush with no reservations but a man I think was the manager did his best to get us a table. The waitress that served us was fantastic, funny and super friendly. We had just spent 12 hours at the hospital so it was great to be treated warmly. The food was awesome too, very nice and trendy spot.

Great Italian restaurant to enjoy a weekend date night or family dinner. The food is always good. We love how they are generous with the portions and it always comes out smelling delicious. Bolognese sauce is on point and not heavy on the salt as most restaurants serves it. They offer a good selection of wines to pair with your food so do get yourself a glass. Pasta cooked perfectly and every dish we had so far flavored really good.

Showed up for a blind tryout at happy hour before catching a movie at the nearby theater. Let’s say first that the cocktails were divine and the prices were reasonable. Then we tried four different appetizers, all at happy hour prices. After studying the menu, I know we’ll be back for the full dinner experience. And our lovely server Audrey made the evening a delight!

A walk inside this restaurant and be ready to be welcomed with the fragrance of fresh Italian herbs. From their wine selection to the taps and of course the amazing bar, nothing falls short to give you an amazing evening experience that will make you wanna go back again. Now the main heart beat the food. It almost took no time for the amazing food to be out and gone in 60secs. The taste will hit you later but the presentation man I am a fan. Everything tastes fresh out of a farmers market, the fish tasted like it was caught an hour ago. Special shout out to the executive chef Carlos for doing this amazing job to please 100s of people everyday. We will be back soon.

The food was a little pricey but the taste and service we got was absolutely incredible. I couldn’t tell if our waiter was the owner, but he seemed to really care about making sure my GF and I had a good time. He even came by and covered her lasagna while she was in the bathroom to keep it warm!

Some of the best authentic Italian food in Texas. The only things that didn’t go absolutely perfectly were a slight delay with one order and the noise level of the restaurant. Everything else was perfect. Presentation, attentive staff, knowledgeable and accommodating waiter, diverse and consistent flavors. Excellent through and through. The dish I can recommend most highly is the spaghetti bolognese, after that they are all spectacular and if you like lobster you should try it here. The pizza was a little under done for my preference (for a wood burning oven) but still cooked through nicely, just no crisp bite at the edge. The prices are high but worth it for the main dishes both in quality and quantity. The salads are over priced. With these notes in mind I highly recommend trying it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a reservation at 7:15, and waited for a long time. We were seated at 7:40. The hostess and the manager didn’t offer any apology at all. It took a long time for the waiter to come by to take the order for drinks. We ordered some pastas and pizzas. We were not very impressed with the quality of the food. The lava cake had no lava, very overcooked. A very disappointing dinner.

First time in a long time I straight up walked out without even ordering. We made reservations and arrived exactly on time at 6:45pm. We had to wait a little bit while they got our table ready. No problem, that’s fine.
