Ok I tried not to judge how sloppy the cutting job was. But nah….this takes the cake for the worst pizza Ive ever had. I cant even describe the taste. Primos USED to be good. It literally was oil, cheese and nasty half baked crust.

Tried to place an order here through Grubhub the other waited about half an hour and then they canceled my order. Decided to try to give it a second shot tonight and was unfortunately very disappointed, my buffalo chicken pizza tasted like there was no buffalo on it it also came folded over. I had also ordered a slice of chocolate cake which was delivered to me half frozen.

I am back to edit my review. The food has improved in the past few months. We have not had a problem with the pizza toppings and crust in a while so I am proud to say they are back to when I originally started ordering. The sauce is still the best, and the marinara is yum. I could eat it with a spoon. Love it!

What can I say. The food is sooo good and fresh. The workers are so nice and quick to serve you. Everything they make is great that is why it is so hard to choose what to eat. But to be honest. The steak and cheese With peppers is my favorite. Taste amazing and they are not selfish with the portions. Thank you Primos for being awesome.

Great food, but whoever answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. You call and get an attitude or they simply hang up in your face. I used to order online just so I wouldn’t have to deal with that, but for some reason the great chicken wings are no longer an option online. Just lost a customer because someone doesn’t want to do their job.

I’ve only ordered pepperoni slices from this place, so my judgement is limited, but their slices (cheese is the other option for a slice) are great. I’d get one from ’em any day no questions asked. And if their whole pies are like the slices, then you’re in good shape 🙂

Was expecting something good based on all the reviews, instead I got a sub par grinder and bad customer service. They forgot part of my order, but still charged me for it. When I called back to inform them of it’s I was told that I wasn’t, and that they “don’t actually deliver to my address actually (despite their website saying they deliver to all of Springfield) and I wasn’t actually charged for the missing item and not to bother ordering from them again. (I don’t think that’s going to be a problem.)

My husband and i use to get food a lot from here.. the food is just so bad. The pizza crust isn’t even cooked, the pizza is horriable. The seafood combo is horriable the French fries are soggy not even cooked, the clams are hard and get you just a little bit. A Year ago it was really good. Know its just garbage. The people that cook there make the food so bad and also very bad for bussiness.
