They have good burritos but they don’t have consistency Wich I think consistency is everything.we order 2 of the same drink and they taste way different than it supposed to . but hey the burrito dinner is a good deal .

Was so hopeful this would be a spot! The food appearance was good, but that was the highlight of the night. $1.70 for chips and salsa? Drinks are not very strong and on the small side. Servers were slow. As I sat at the tables waiting to pay the bill, I looked at the three members of my family… the looks of stomach ache and regret where upon their faces… My kids were like we need to go… the look on my old lady’s face was no better.. As I pulled out onto Route 34… it hit… a sound that can only be replicated if you watch the scene from the Labrinyth with the eternal bog of stench.

First time eating here and I would return!!!!. Employees are a delight. food looked great and tasted even better. Had a burger and tacos. Family was happy. Food came out fast and was hot. Atmosphere was comfortable and clean.

From the authentic and flavorful taste of the food, to the aesthetic of the restaurant, all the way to the friendly and excellent service I loved Primo’s Mexican Cuisine! In addition to everything mentioned previously, they give you an experience. Definitely will be coming back.

I am very disappointed and dis satisfied with the food and the service at your Oswego location. For a family of 5 it took us over an hour to get our food and the restaurant was t even busy. Never got refills or ever asked if we needed them . Food was not even hot when served. Forgot food to our order and one member didn’t get her food until we were all done eating. Then to top it off getting our bill was another 20 minute wait. And then were charged for the item we never received.

I don’t think people in Oswego appreciate we have an actual authentic Mexican restaurant here. the sauces are made in house! Everything is authentic. The reason it take so long to make the food because it’s time-consuming to make authentic Mexican food . It’s worth the wait. Just like in Mexico! This is a replicate of the original they have in the middle of Aurora.

We had the horchata (yum), enchiladas (very good), burrito (fire), and ahogada torta. The torta was the messiest, most delicious thing I’ve ever had the nerve to eat in public. Our server was efficient and sweet. We’ll be back.

I’m gonna give it one more try. Been twice so far and each time the service was soooo slow. I don’t fault the server as there are always about 4 or 5 people standing around not doing anything. The hold up has to be in the kitchen. I can only assume a steady flow of carry out orders keep the short staffed kitchen super busy. At any rate, both times our food has come out not cold, but not hot. So hoping they can iron out the last little kinks and get it right. It’s a nice atmosphere and everyone is very friendly.
