From the moment you walk in, you’re graced with the perfect old-school bar layout that they remodeled into a cozy deli. The employees greet you with a smile and are welcoming from the start. The options on the menu are a great variety to satisfy whatever you’re in the mood for and their homemade chip dip is absolutely delicious. I grew up on Primo’s. Everything here is sooo good. The Italian sub is the best in Akron. The Canadian club is also the best around. Pair it with some fresh clam chowder, bean salad, potato salad and have a picnic! The establishment is carry out only. I hope they don’t go anywhere anytime soon. Thanks Primo’s

I had their NY pastrami sandwich with homemade slaw and loved it! You will want to lean over the table cause it’s huge and somewhat messy but definitely worth the effort. The decor is eclectic and original really a place with personality. The menu is huge and my problem was making a choice!!

The food is fantastic but I’m so sad that’s it’s now carry out only. I took my oldest son their to get a Reuben and we ended up eating in his truck. I understand the covid did it’s damage and I will go back.

This was my 1st time trying Primo’s, although I’ve driven past it for decades. I LOVE corned beef Reubens, so I wanted to give them a try. The shop is clean and the employees are VERY nice and helpful! I appreciated having to wait for my order, because I knew it was being made fresh. The Ruben came with a bag of Snyder’s chips & a dill pickle + and extra side of dressing for 9.99 takeout only. They do accept debit cards for payment.

I loved going to Primo’s Deli for lunch. My favorite was the Italian sub. I also liked the bean salad. They have a large menu. I missed coming since they closed the dining area since Covid. I am not much into carry out but hope to get some in the near future.
