Love a good seeded roll with buffalo chicken. It had good heat more tangy than spicy but it hit the spot.

Update: Decided to give them another shot, ordered the Mild Italian with LTO and Oil, middle of the afternoon, place was empty. This is what I got: regular Italian, no oil, soggy edges (they don’t place a wrapper between the roll and the wet veggies like they used to), and much less meat than other locations. The Mild Italian is advertised as “Prosciutto, Provolone Cheese, Sweet Capicola & Natural Casing Genoa Salami”, the meat was about 90% of some sort of “ham capicola”, I didn’t see any real capicola on the sandwich. Not worth $12.

Ordered on Door Dash a WHOLE cornbeef schwartzie for $32 with extra Russian dressing. It came with literally no dressing or Cole slaw on the sandwich. I then called to speak with the manager shockingly there wasn’t one there to speak to. I told the young girl who answered that this sandwich blew. Probably not the best choice of words but from someone who grew uo in South Philly and went to the Original location many times this particular location in Royersford should be stripped of its branding.

The girls at the register were annoying and didn’t have any skills for the job. Being on their phones texting while I waited to pay for my meal. Would not go to this store again.

I ordered a whole buffalo cutlet sandwich and was disappointed. It used to be my favorite but something definitely changed with the chicken they use because it was thicker and I didn’t like it, I had asked for a small amount of cayenne pepper because I know how hot it can already be and the sandwich was cold by the time we got it. For spending $41 including the dirt pudding as well I was highly disappointed with my expierence at this location

Wish I had read recent reviews before ordering from here. It’s been a while since I was in this location, but prices are up ~40%, portions are about 30% smaller, and they managed to screw up an order for a single sandwich at 2:30 in the afternoon (not a busy time). Don’t waste your time and especially your money.

Called 3 times, placed on hold 3 times & each time I was hung up on after 5-10 mins. Ended up ordering online & waiting 45 min to an hour for one sandwich. Not the first time I encountered this issue at this location. Capriottis down the street is going to get my business in the future, it shouldn’t be a hassle to get a sandwich. Ive had better customer service experiences at the DMV

The young lady at the counter taking orders was so incredibly rude I almost left before giving her my order. Every question she asked of me seemed like it was a struggle for her patience. She had a poor attitude during my entire experience. On top of the ignorant employee, The bread was stale and the sandwich was so poorly constructed that the top bun was basically split in half and the meat inside simple fell out after the 1st bite. While I surely hope this isn’t a common occurrence for a chain sandwich shop, I can assure you that I will never frequent this particular location again.

Ordered a turkey hoagie primo size and it was about the same consistency both in size and meat amount as a hoagie from Wawa. The flavor was also the same. Not worth the premium upcharge when other primo locations will give you your money’s worth both in quality and quantity.
