I like to catch moments when there are no people in the frame, because after 10 seconds the cafe was filled with people who wanted to eat Italian food, pizza, sandwiches. actually very tasty and relatively fast.

I’m done with this Primos in Chestnut Hill. Order two Primo sized, picked them up, got home and one was wrong size (two small) Went back, explained the situation. No sorry, no apology. They made another sandwich, it only had meat and cheese. No tomatoes, onions or lettuce….. and no receipt….. Again

Yo. Best hoagies I’ve had in a while. Up there with the best. Very pleasantly surprised. Good prices and serving sizes. Food is fresh.

I recently ordered through Door dash and I was happy with my order except for the pepperoni bites which were advertised as 1/2 lb for $6.90 but were . 36 lb. for $4.32 on the container? I understand price increases in these pandemic times but why was I shorted product?

About a month ago I ordered my mother a hoagie on Uber Eats. After she finished most of the sandwich and was unwrapping the bottom half she found a rubber food service glove. Uber eats and Primos refused to issue me a refund even after I called and went to the store. I will never eat here again and plan to file a formal complaint with the health department.

I ordered a pick up order with a food delivery app and the order was ready when I got there but I definitely don’t recommend this location. The vegetables they use on their sandwiches are practically expired and disgusting. I had to take the lettuce, tomato, and onion off of the sandwich for it to be even half edible. No restaurant should use old nasty food!

Good food unfortunately the most unprofessional staff (Friday evening shift). Rude, inconsiderate and unapologetic. Leaves you regretting ordering from them. First visit, got the order wrong and with a lot of resistance agreed to correct it. Second visit, they didn’t receive the online order and again only after a lot of convincing did they agree to make the hoagies despite proof of purchase. No apologies or professional courtesy. They need better customer service training at minimum, but deservedly should be put on notice for poor conduct.
