Got a primo roast beef Diablo. Always loved their hoagies but seriously no roast beef at all a slice. Very dissatisfied

The worst Primos in the entire Philadelphia area. Since they opened the store they have been skimping on meat. Sometimes not even using Thurmans meats. Just grabbed two Sammies for me and the wife. She got a turkey Shwartzy and it had 0 Cole slaw on n it. They literally swiped the sandwich with whatever was left at the bottom of the cole slaw container lol the sandwich had 0 cole slaw on it. This owner had been consistently horrible for at least 10 yrs. The franchise needs to shut them down. It is a disgrace and btw 2 Sammies cost almost $35. Absolute disgrace. Do not spent your money at this store. I live in the neighborhood and have been disappointed by this store for to long pull their license and shut them down

I would always rate this location with 5 stars. However my latest experience was not good at all. I don’t know if there were trainees working that day but the hoagies were not up to their normal standards. The meat was cut thick and it seemed as if it was just thrown on the roll. So very disappointed. Was this just a day with inexperienced people or will this be your normal now?

Everything about Feasterville PrimoHoagies is 5 star.

Great Hoagies but the pickles in the barrel are so hard skinned you can’t eat them unless you peel them. Throw them out and get new ones. Waste of my money.

At these price points, Primo is dangerously lacking in quality. You do not get what you pay for. Received a $14 Bada Boom with burned chicken cutlet and barely there provolone. To boot, the macaroni salad was packed 6 days ago with a sell by date that spans 15 days post packaging. Fresh ingredients, as Primo advertises? Certainly not.

Always loved Primo’s, but a bad experience is all it takes. Mobile order with set time. Went in and order wasn’t even started (employees were not actively working), made to wait and not even an acknowledgement of the error. Learned my lesson of never tipping ahead of time again. Gladly there are other Primo’s in the area to give my business to.

For the trevose store. I’ve been going there for years and I don’t know what extremes recently, but the last couple of times you can barely see the toppings. I got the schwartzy and one of the main ingredients is coleslaw. You couldn’t tell from this sandwich. The sauce was on it, when it shouldve been on the side. Had to go back in and ask for a side of it even after the guy at the counter inspected my order and said looks like everything is there. I also ordered mayo on the side for my Bada Bing. I got one packet for an entire sub. Come.on, even Acme gives ya 2.

Stale roll. Schwartzie had very little meat. Essentially a rock hard coleslaw sandwich. I’ve been disappointed here in the past and swore never again. This time I mean it.
