This is the second trip to Primo. Spoiler Alert: I consumed the first sub, the Turkey Diablo, before I took a photo for the review.

I have an upcoming event that I need to get a hoagie tray for so I called the Langhorne location the other day to inquire about specific details of their trays. The woman I spoke to was very friendly and patient with answering my questions. I called back to my place my order today and it was the same woman who answered the phone. Again, she was very pleasant, patient and easy to communicate with when placing my order. It’s a breath of fresh air in today’s world to experience this when there’s so many other negative interactions with miserable people in customer service related positions. On top of that, their hoagies are always great. 5 Stars!

The two guys slicing were to busy talking sports and m are an old Italian, I ordered and paid for a sharp Italian. Both sandwiches are excellent but it is disappointing to get back to the office and come to find you got the wrong order, disappointing. I know the dresser should catch mistakes but this was on them

I stopped in the Langhorne, Pennsylvania location for lunch today. It’s on Oxford Valley Rd across from Sesame Place and Oxford Valley Mall in Bucks County. My choice was a “Primo” size turkey and cheese hoagie. They have many choices for cheese, toppings etc and the sandwich size was more than adequate! They also sell many sides , chips etc. The sandwich was fresh and tasty. I ordered online. The staff was friendly and my order was available early.

Went in after a long day of work for an Italian Hoagie. I ordered their Italian sandwich that has prosciutto, hot capicola and genoa, and asked for them to take off the prosciutto and to instead add pepper ham and hot soppresatta. First of all, they took off the capicola, so I had to go bad in and ask them to put it on my sandwich. The woman making the sandwiches takes capicola off a sandwich she was already almost done making, and slapped it in my hoagie very messily. I get home and also find that the sandwich is covered in black pepper, which I did ask for, but when I said black pepper, I did not mean for them to bathe the sandwich in it. Usually I love this location, but I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Great place for hoagies! I enjoy their chicken parm primo with fresh mozzarela. The customer service can be a little rough, but guess depends on the person, day and time.

I made a scheduled tray order online and I didn’t recognize of a mix up on my order. Someone at Primo’s caught the mix up days before the tray was to be prepared and called me to fix the problem. Good work, thank you.

This place is so legit. It’s small (only one table) so best for takeout, but every sandwich I’ve gotten there has been heaven. This time, we got the Sharp Italian and the Pescara. Good size, too. Staff are super nice as well. Will definitely be going again and again.

The food is usually good when they actually decide to make the sandwich the way you ask them to make it. Can’t remember a time in the last 2 years that my order was made correctly.

Primo hoagies has great food, but for some reason the sandwich is always dry. Even if you order extra mayo or oil, you hardly get any. It just ruins the sandwich.
