Just left One of our favorite sandwich stops on Sunday 8/20. I usually find the service excellent, but today we had to wait for the girl to stop texting before she processed our payment. She actually sat down in the corner on the floor while customers were coming in and out! She needs to be retrained in customer service.

First off the sandwiches are good I often get a cold cut. I don’t care for the potatoes salad since it is made with cream cheese?? The sandwiches don’t add up with measurements. Prices are high sandwiches but that everywhere now a days anyway. Anyway the women that works in the front taking orders and checking customers out is rude and doesn’t confirm orders when you place them in therefore the orders come out wrong. I’ve been to this particular location twice my first experience was I was served sloppy sandwich. I thought I’ll try again. Maybe they were just busy or something.

Opted for a Primo Mild Italian on a sesame seed bun with Italian seasoning black crushed pepper. Every slice of deli meat and cheese was freshly sliced specifically for each hoagie. The hoagie was filling and tasted phenomenal.

Great sandwich. Always consistent results from ordering there. Personally I love the sharp Italian, the sharp prov makes the sandwich pop. I never had a bad hoagie from primos. I only wish they had chicken nuggets or tenders so I can get something for the kids their also. Just saying 🙂

Love primo hoagies, usually get from the location in Colmar, decided to try the newtown location for dinner as it’s closer to where I live. Food great as always, but the counter girl(tall young girl) was very rude. Asked her a simple question to confirm the order accuracy and got nothing but attitude back. You work in the service industry, treat your paying customers with respect.

Great sandwiches. Sometimes the phones don’t work which is frustrating. Hard to tell if they are open, busy, or not interested in answering. If I’m looking for a quick lunch sometimes I have skipped coming here if they don’t pick up the phone. This issue occurred the last few times I was ordering but was a few months ago. Still 4 stars because the sandwiches are very good.
