We never have a good experience. Always get wrong order or missing items. Today picked up a cheesesteak and the cheese was all crusted over and old. I’m pregnant and struggle to and was looking forward to it and I got this. It was inedible. Not only was it gross wasn’t a full sandwich. Brought it back and came back better still burnt. So I had to take it back again. I’m pregnant and hungry and I can’t eat food I paid a lot of money for and can’t eat it.

I just had the most horrible experience. I was trying to eat a chicken diablo hoagie. I took 2 bites, then on the 3rd bite, I bit down and the chicken wasn’t breaded, it was hard, rubbery, and completely inedible. I threw up a few seconds later. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Trust me, you can find better sandwiches out there that won’t make you sick.

Great food and friendly staff, price was very high.. $84 for 4 people that had sandwiches and a soda.. that’s full restaurant pricing…way too much.. probably won’t be going again… I guess they are trying to make all the covid money back like everyone else…

Having a large clientele their food is always fresh because of the turnover. The bread is excellent which makes their sandwiches. There are plenty of tables if you want to eat there but most take out. Last but important is that the place is always clean.

Nice shop nice staff. Hoagies are no were near the best I’ve had. The bread was too crunchy not a balance of crispy and soft like most seeded rolls. Meat selection was okay.

In my opinion these are the best hoagies I’ve ever eaten. The bread is crisp and holds up nicely even with oil, vinegar, tomatoes, and lettuce. the meat is top quality. They are expensive, but hey, you get what you pay for.

I order a cheese steak. Paid $15 for a sandwich i can barely chew. Roll is soggy and they didnt add my mayo or ketchup. So also very dry. And tomatoes were added that i did not want. All in all love the hoagies but qas very very disappointed with the cheese steak its self. Very small and i purchased a large which also was confusing. Im pregnant and was looking forward to a good ol fashion cheesy cheese steak and instead i cried ♀️ emotions all over the place.

Besides the fact that they are always slow. Today I went in and was told my order would be another 5 min later. I went and sat down, went back to the counter 10 min later and my order was just sitting! No one bothered to tell me. Then I get home to this ?! I called and they said this was normal. Who eats bread like this?

Recently had the “Nellie” and although the roast pork did not have much flavor, the sharp and roasted red peppers really made up for the pork. Service could have been better, we ordered there and waited at a table. They never let us know our sandwiches were ready, they were left sitting on a rack behind the counter, no idea for how long.
