Open your sandwich and check to make sure you got everything you asked for. 3rd time in a row I’ve been here and got zero mayonnaise or oil & vinegar. I even ask for EXTRA! Sandwich is completely dry. Definitely not with the money they charge when the order is never correct.

I ordered BEFORE the store opened. My cheesesteak arrived sooner than expected but cold. This can only be explained by leftover steak. The cheese was not melted.

After a 13 hour drive from South Carolina with a very tired toddler, we ordered sandwiches online to pick up before we checked into our hotel. Blame it on being exhausted from the drive, we accidentally ended up at the wrong location. We called to let them know we would be there right as they were closing and we couldn’t have been met with better customer service. From the friendly voices on the phone to the friendly employees we met when we arrived. These tired parent truly appreciated the kindness we were shown. Not only the friendly faces but they made sure to pack silverware which we forgot to ask for and kept our sides cold until we got there. 10/10 recommend Primos and the awesome employees there! We will definitely stop there again!

This place rocks! All of the hoagies are delicious and the ingredients are always fresh. The orders are prepared quickly and the staff is friendly and hard working. Try any of the menu items in a while wheat or low cal wrap if you want a healthier alternative – they’re just as good!

What a great experience. I ordered on line and the sandwiches were there when they said it would be. The people who work they also checked everything before they gave me the bag and thanked me for my order and hope to see me again. They will, what a great experience in a chain restaurant.
