Until last night, I would have recommended this place to anyone. Last night however, we ordered our pizza and when it was delivered we dug in! My husband took a bite of his slice and noticed there was a nail in the crust. We immediately called and talked to three different people, the last person being the manager. They called us liars, didn’t offer to replace or refund the food and said the owner would call asap. We even drove the pizza back to them, showed pictures and they still said we were lying.

Just brought home a meat lovers pie–been living in Saratoga for a year, this was,by far,the best pizza we have eaten in the area,and we tried em all. Thanks to everyone,place was very busy,thats how you know good food.

Upset stomach after eating, but not as bad as the customer service was. Arrived to pick up online order (two pasta dishes) and waited 25 MORE minutes after being told that it will be 5-10 minutes. Not apologetic – more of an insincere “sorry about the wait.” Also, asked for extra sauce and it seems like that may have been a joke to them as I received basically a bowl of sauce with pre-cooked chicken chunks in it and a little pasta. (See pic of “extra” sauce looking like a bowl of chili) The food tasted good but as mentioned something set my stomach off. They should move to cooking own chicken I feel.

So this past Wednesday night (6/7/2023) we ordered 2 dinners 1 chicken parm dinner & 1 eggplant parm dinner and the chicken parm was supposed to have penne pasta and the eggplant parm was supposed to have regular spaghetti pasta with it and when it arrived and we opened our order we both had fettuccine pasta with our orders instead of what we wanted/paid for and also they charged me a extra $2.50 for a little bit of grated parmesan cheese to sprinkle on the pasta but they never sent it with our order so I paid a extra $2.50 for nothing plus the chicken was over done and dry. Every time we order from there something is always wrong with the order or the food is overcooked or burned so I don’t think we’ll ever order from there again.

Showed up 5 minutes early for an 8 cut and garlic knots. Was told by an associate that it was going to be about 7 minutes. No problem I was 5 early. Sat in the lobby for about a half hour listening to all the kitchens problems and jokes while other customers waited as clerks kept asking what their orders were.finally a different associate asked what I was there for. After I told her she immediately retrieved my 2 items. I took my short 10 minute ride home to open a box with an obviously cold pizza. Seems it was only 7. Maybe if the staff focused on there jobs they wouldn’t continue to disappoint their customers. Never going back.

Walked in looking for slices. They had only very old looking specialty slices in the hard plastic display. After noticing several house Flys buzzing around them, I decided maybe it would be best to get a fresh 8 cut pizza. The pie i was sold cost $16.50 usd and end up being a 10″ pan.

There pizza is usually pretty decent. Well today that changed to terrible. I had a delivery time of 1:38 and then at 1:55 I called to make sure everything was okay. They said there driver just left and would be here soon. I love maybe 7 minutes from the store. Well finally after another 35 minutes the pizza and wings finally got here. The pizza crust is hard as a rock, cheese and sauce both cold. It was all cooked almost an hour ago! This is extremely disappointing because I like to order from them. This will be my last time paying $40 for pizza and wings and then waiting an hour and a half for them.
