My server Pavel was very attentive and pleasant. Best crab cake I ever ate in my life and I done had had my share of crab cakes including chick & Ruth in MD. The steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection! The max and cheese was different due to a Smokey flavor. The conch chowder was alright. Wish there was larger pieces of conch and I was expecting New England style. The bread and whipped honey butter was awesome. The mashed potatoes was plain. The creamed spinach was perfect. Best key lime pie I ever ate. Best birthday dinner I ever had! Definitely will be back if I’m ever in Key West again!

Prime 951 is one of Key West’s best restaurants. My wife and I ate here right after we got engaged in 2021 and it was a very pleasant and romantic experience. I highly recommend you check it out for yourself because my pictures do not do it justice!

Great experience! Go up and to the back and they have a huge burbon collection. Get a Reservation! We went without one and it was the only low point of the experience….. the hostess was less than impressed. The bar staff was amazing and it more than made up for it but…GET A RESERVATION!

We celebrated our 13th anniversary here with our 4 kids . The staff was accommodating and the food was really good. But, there is one stand out that we are still talking about…the Mac & Cheese with smoked gouda is SPECTACULAR! If you only order one thing, please, please, make this that thing!

I had dinner here with a large party of friends. I did not have steak because I’m not a meat eater. However, the salmon was fantastic. I also had the oysters Rockefeller appetizer which was delicious as well. The atmosphere is also very nice. Everybody at my table enjoyed their selection of variable steak dinners. Not one complaint in the group. Our waiter was excellent. He handled our party with the greatest of ease and with ultimate professionalism. He was very attentive and provided flawless service. A great experience overall.
