I thoroughly enjoyed EVERYTHING about Prime 88. Dare I say, I liked them better than Ocean Prime . Every dish ordered was delicious. I never thought I’d ever eat an oyster in this lifetime, but I did and enjoyed it. I must come back to ensure I sample everything. Highly Recommended!!

The food was absolutely amazing. My New York strip was cooked spot on, perfect char, and couldn’t ask for better. Of note, next time, we will sit in the dining area instead of the bar as it seems quieter, more intimate, for 2 people. Bar area, hindsight, was more for 4+ environments.

First time here excellent service very clean very neat dining atmosphere. The food was phenomenal. My steak was awesome. Got the ribeye bone in the wife got filet mignon. We also had lobster bisque. It was awesome and the truffle garlic Parmesan fries or to die for and then we had the handsome piece of cake everything was awesome. Service was awesome. The drinks were great fairly priced so if you’re looking for a new steakhouse highly recommend checking this place out.

It was alright, but if you are going to charge those prices, alright does not cut it. I wanted to love it, but it just isn’t as good as most of the places in Tampa. You can’t charge Tampa prices for mediocre food in Brooksville. It is a complete shame as what they think they are and what reality is are very different.

If you’re willing to pay more for premium quality, this is your place! They get their beef from the Midwest (Florida beef bad). We recommend filet mignon, grouper, wedge salad, lobster bisque. Kind of glad they aren’t closer to where we live or we would have to visit often.

Nice place with a beautiful setup inside. It’s pricey with the steaks ala’cart, but we had a great dining experience. Calamari to start, amazing marinara! I had the Oceano special, added a salad and the parmesean fries, and they were so good. The wife had the filet and Brussel sprouts .Habanero mango margarita was great, as well as our server Allison! The timing was perfect on everything, thank you! Dessert to go it was amazing !
