I stayed here for a conference and Chi was so sweet and accommodating! Seems like she was the only one hostessing and waiting on tables. The food was standard fare, but the BBQ sauce had this smoky aftertaste that was incredible! Couldn’t complain about the fries either. The fried shrimp and sauce were delicious, tho I wish the sandwich had more vegetables in it.

Convenient location within the hotel, but that was about the only positive! Ordered the only steak on the menu, a 12 oz. Ribeye- served with asparagus & roasted potatoes. Also ordered a side salad. The salad was the only thing that was worth eating! The potatoes, asparagus and steak was SO salty I couldn’t force it down! It was nothing short of horrible food. We were one of maybe 10 people in the entire restaurant, the one and only cocktail I ordered took 10+ minutes and water refills were difficult to come by. Waitress was nice, but very slow and a bit clueless. Didn’t complain, she never asked about the meal or if we needed anything else after she brought the food. Figured complaining to her was pointless! Will NEVER return, nor recommend!

Ordered takeout … shrimp dinner and a fish sandwich. When I opened my sandwich, I actually laughed out loud. The piece of fish was about 3 inches long, thin, and didn’t even cover half of the bun. I mean, someone sent this out of the kitchen and thought it was OK.

Ordered the flounder sandwich for 16$, the bun was the exact same as the buns you would receive for your school lunches, the “fish”? HA, quite literally laughed when I pulled the bun off of the top, there was a larger slice of tomato than there was fish on the “sandwich” not over exaggerating when I say there was less than 2 oz of “fish” on this sandwich. The bun weighed about 2-3x what the fish weighed. The waitress was very sweet although she was busy due to being the only one waitressing. We also ordered the shrimp and flounder basket, which was 20$ and it was ok, however we didn’t even get the coleslaw that came with the order. however when you spend 43$ (after tip) and you still have to go spend another 10-15$ at a fast food restaurant just so you do not go to bed hungry, you would just be better off ignoring the existence of this so called restaurant all together. DO BETTER HILTON!!!(400$ for “2 days” of stay even though the all together time that you are allowed to be checked in for, for 400$ is 20 hours) the staff all were wonderful as well as the manager(very polite man)

Great service . Food – didn’t happen . When we sat down. The table next to us got their food and it was bad looking . So we ordered some wings and 2 drinks. And then we’re informed no wings . Waitress was very pleasant . Restaurant was like the hotel connecting . Very sub par for Hilton .

Worst meal I have ever had in the 15 years coming to Emerald Isle. Fish was burnt, took upon themselves to give potatoes instead of rice & tomatoes that was supposed to come with it. Waitress told us you just take what you get. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Horrible experience. Service was bad. Waited 10 minutes for a hostess then they seated people that got there after me first … Food was terrible. Catch of the day was overcooked and tough. Portions were small for $35 meal. Won’t go back even with hotel meal credit….

Decided to stay in tonight and just enjoy dinner from our room. We ordered the crab dip which was beyond gross and cold…the pita bread that came with it was also cold. I ordered the chicken sandwich and my husband got the cheeseburger..both came with fries. My chicken was so burnt and rubbery tasting and my fries tasted like they had been sitting there since lunch time. My husbands burger wasn’t bad BUT his fries were old and cold just like mine. We then finished this dinner off with dessert in which we got the cookie cheesecake and out of everything we got it was the best. I spent $45 on a meal, thinking that I would of been better off eating at McDonalds down the road and I ly spending $15! The lady running the lounge was super nice so no complaints with the customer service but the food was terrible and I really hope we won’t be up all night sick from it.

Food was horrible. One steak was burnt the other one pretty much raw. No silverware when the food came. Salad with no dressing. The fruit cup was a damn dollar tree dole mixed fruit cup. Please do not waste your money here. I hate that we paid for it at all. Only good thing was the waitress was very sweet.

The service was quick because no one was in the restaurant. It was not professional. My roasted potatoes were ice cold. I was given potatoes that were warmer, but not hot. I paid full price for my very subpar meal. Don’t waste your time!
