Everything was very good and I would go there again to try other offerings. Unble to explain my 4 stars instead of 5 probably my choice of entree clams and pork w/potatoes. It was very good maybe I should have added a vegetable.

We went there on a Sunday afternoon at 1:30 just wanting a sandwich. When we got in they were a little busy but three waitresses walked by us and no one asked how many people whatever they do to seat anybody. When we finally did get seated they gave us regular menus for dinner. I politely asked we just really want a sandwich can they make it. The waitress said let me ask and left talk to somebody came back said yes they said it was no problem and brought us the sandwich menu took our drink order, then no one came back. When another woman came over and we tried to order sandwich she said they don’t have that today nothing on that lunch menu. I was thinking what are you talking about it’s the same food on the lunch menu is on the dinner menu we just don’t want a whole dinner. Then proceeded to tell me what I’m sorry she was wrong you can’t order off of this menu. So we were stuck paying for a soda and leaving. Nothing on your website says that you do not serve a lunch menu on Sundays anywhere. Its the same food just a smaller portion. Not happy with a place we thought in the past was pretty good.

The place was updated and homey. I love the tile shingles inside the restaurant and the Portuguese plates used as decor. My prego (steak sandwich) was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. The febras were also cooked well. The soup was okay. Being that I love caldo verde (kale soup), I felt it was missing flavor and/or had too much potato. Lunch menu is very limited!

One of my favorites restaurants. Food is amazing. Staff is great. We bring different friends so they can experience the culture and atmosphere that Primavera brings. I have been to Portugal a few times now. When i walk into this place is like I am back at Portugal, just alot closer :). I always get the surf and turf. The steak is so good and so juicy that u do not need any A1 sauce of any kind. The last time I went they had black beans also on the plate and they were delicious. What a great addition to an already amazing plate. For starter we get the chorizo. My friends love it because they staff brings it out in a unique way, which is that the meat is still cooking ontop of an open fire for about 2 minutes or so. Very cool. My wife gets the grilled squid and she licks the plate almost every time. Now when it comes time for dessert, I am already stuffed but my wife gets the chocolate mousse and boy is it delicious. I always joke with the staff when they say how was the food, I always say that I didn’t like the actual plate because I couldn’t eat it lol. If you want to have a great time and visit another country without leaving the states, then come to Primavera. You will fall in love with this place just as I am. Thank you to the owner and to each member of the staff for making our experience a delightful time. I cannot wait to go back. Until next time.
