Mixed Feelings about PRIMAL. The overall vibe felt a bit “touristy,” especially when I kept hearing everyone being asked, “WHERE R U FROM” by the host.

The bread with tomato and bacon paste was phenomenal. Ceviche appetizer was way too acidic for my taste which is why the 4 stars. My plate was Chilean Sea bass with a twist being lactose free was amazing. And lastly the 28oz porterhouse I attached in the pic was “primal” fully recommend it. The environment was a little dark for my taste but it is part of the restaurant’s theme.

It doesn’t get any better than this! There are plenty of good restaurants to choose from in Vegas, but this one really stands out. The service is top notch! The bartender remembered our names and drinks on our first return visit. The food is delicious and the presentation is impressive. We love the live music and romantic lighting. The other night I wanted to try a new cocktail, but was indecisive…Master Mixologist Giovanni created a special one just for me based on my preferences and it was a absolutely perfect. If you’re looking for a place that makes you feel welcomed and appreciated, this is it!

This is one of the best steaks I’ve ever had!! It was amazing. There were four of us and we all agreed I had a bone in rib cooked and flavored to perfection. Another had a 32 oz tomahawk steak and finished it…. 2 others had Fillet minion, again , the best! Finished off with a unique Banana split. Yummy We will return. Sorry , the pictures don’t do it justice

I had really been looking forward to this place. I have to say, I was disappointed overall. The steak we had was good. (I had Filet Mignon) (he had Porter House) The asparagus was great but that’s not saying s lot because I love asparagus! The outside looked upscale and inviting. You’d think you were going to walk into something very modern and elegant but it was medieval themed and looked as if it hadn’t been updated since that period! Everything was a la carte and overpriced. The wait staff was par to say the least and the dessert left a lot to be desired. Oh but the Primal Soup was DELICIOUS!

Service: 10s across the board, ESPECIALLY our Server Nicole. She was swift, fun, personable and highly attentive. She ensured our birthday celebration went without a hitch and she had great suggestions.

It was decent. But we weren’t blown away. Food was pricey. First impression was the “garlic toast” it was a slice of generic tasting sourdough bread toasted with some butter. I guess we were expecting a loaf of fresh bread considering the price of the meal. We started with the watermelon salad which was pretty large and delicious which could be shared with a second person. The 49 dollar 8 0z filet mignon was cooked perfectly. The texture was a bit tough and flavor was decent. We had 4 sides at 9 dollars each. The tomato risotto was just ok. The baked potato was huge and the 6 slices of asparagus were huge but not packing a lot of flavor. Our favorite dish was the Mac and cheese side. It was creamy and delicious.
