Do not eat here. My family and I got food poisoning here. All they have there working is careless, dirty girls who love to cross contaminate. Going on two days and I have to say this is the worse we’ve ever felt. My poor babies are sick with diarrhea and vomiting. Do not eat here. The do NOt wear gloves. Zoom in on the picture. See for yourself.

Dawnell and her staff did a fantastic job serving us. The pretzels were spot on and we will be back again due to solid service with a smile.

The staff is always friendly and smiling and usually the food is just outta the oven. So good! Addicted! Can’t beat that reward program either.

It’s the only pretzelmaker in town, so it’s one to go to! I have had bad and good experiences with this place, but the good has out weighted the bad! They participate in the rewards program which is nice, and they offer their full menu! Nice place to grab a little bite in the mall.

The BEST pretzels I’ve ever had. Every time my boyfriend and I traveled to Idaho Falls we always got these at Grand Teton Mall and were thrilled to find out there was a location in Pocatello. It’s become almost a weekly tradition for us to head to Pine Ridge and grab a cup of these pretzels. The service might not be world class, but that doesn’t affect the flavor in the slightest & I’ll continue to support this place.

The staff here is amazing and working in the mall for awhile they are always smiling and cheering everyone up! Will never stop coming here!

Went with my 5 kids and an hr an a half before closing. Waited 10 mins before anyone came out to even help us. Two young teens came out from the back laughing. Tried to get a box to share with everyone but they wouldn’t sell it to us cause they wanted to make sure they had enough for other customers before they closed. They would only sell us one large cup of pretzel bites with 5 kids and 2 adults that would give no one hardly any. Very rude and unprofessional and I will surely go support another business that can accommodate my family. I suggest you not support this place.

The lady taking our order was so rude. She definitely needs to work on her customer service skills. I would rather drive 45 to Idaho falls than come to this location again.

UPDATE: decided to give it a second try. Walked up to it and they have a sign that says “we’re closed until Sunday due to a wedding.” 0/10 on professionalism. Get a new manager or something.

I wish I could give more stars but when it comes to the Pocatello Pretzelmaker I can’t. First things first; your staff. They are not up to date on proper customer service. When you are the only customer standing there at opening and you’re told “you are going to have to wait until I’m ready and that could be five minutes” there are so many other ways to greet your customers. Also, when is wearing open toed sandals appropriate to wear in an area where food is being prepped and baked? The pretzels themselves are good if you want them plain… because regardless of the flavor you wish to add they will be plain… we added Parmesan and they add it at the top of the pretzel bite cup and shake it…. But they didn’t add any butter to allow for the Parmesan to stick to the actual pretzel bite. This sadly has been like this since well… the last five years. My daughter loves the pretzels so we will continue to go. I just wish customer service was more of a priority. You would gain so many more customers! Returning customers too!! I know bad days are hard and hard days can be bad but being rude is no way to get new customers and keep current customers around. Food for thought.
