Adam, is one of the best bartender/waiters I’ve ever met. If there was an award for excellent service and movie knowledge Adam should win the award. One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time and I travel all over the world.

Great service and food in a beautiful resort setting. While it is a ROMANTIC PLACE, it is also a wonderful restaurant for a family meal for special occasions. Recommend live music (check their schedule)and/or cocktails /apps at the bar area on certain nights for date night or out with friends. Incredible cocktails to try!! Food is consistently delicious in restaurant and bar. We have had brunch and dinner here several times. Take your time to eat and then take a stroll at this Paradise Valley gem.

A stunning location! The Montelucia is architecturally beautiful with Camelback Mountain as a backdrop. Prado is so tastefully decorated and designed. A romantic spot for sure. It was very quiet which I assume is due to it being off season. The food at Prado is terrific. We were a table of 4 and started with your typical Cheese Plate, kindve tasteless Patatas Bravas which consisted of potato rounds and chorizo, and the delicious Croquettes De Jamon y Pollo. We also had delicious spicy brussel sprouts and meatball tapas. 2 of us had large plates, one Short Ribs which were perfectly satisfying. The Paella Valencia was loaded with chicken, clams, prawns, chorizo and veggies. Our Tartar De Santiago almond cake was delish and shared by all. Ric, our waiter, was terrific. He brought 3 wine tastings to choose from of which we had 2 bottles of Cab. All in all, my company was terrific and the restaurant was great however, very expensive. I’m at the point in my life that I don’t need to spend $500 for a meal. My preference these days are the local, plentiful cultural joints. But if you’re looking for ambience, romance, a 5 star delish meal with great service, Prado is it.

My wife and I stayed at Omni for a few days and we literally came here 5 or 6 times. The breakfast is so perfect, each morning we would come in for some fresh fruit and mimosas. It really was the perfect place to set the stage for a great day.

Food was very good. Service was also very good, in a comfortable ambiance. Paella appears deceptively small, but it was certainly enough to satisfy two hungry travelers. Given the pandemic situation, the menu has been trimmed. Overall a satisfying experience.

Food is good but a bit on the pricey side. Longer then expected wait between courses. Would have liked a little more salad and a little less than half a chicken. Desert, though, was DELISH!

Firstly, this place smells amazing. As soon as you walk in you can smell the wood smoke. We both got the wood-fired prime filet and it was easily the best steak I’ve had in my life. Very tender and smoky, and the shallot reduction was so tasty. There was a sweet and salty bread to start with that was also good. I would definitely eat here again.
