I patronize it mostly because of the customer service and the consistent quality of food. If you click my name, you should see all of the food that I’ve ordered. I wanted some pra_lees for my birthday lunch when I tell u I’m MAD 1st it DO NOT TASTE THE SAME FROM THE FIRST TIME I HAD IT. That’s the problem I expect to get the same consistency with the food that I received the first time 2Nd why do I have a puddle of grease like that’s all I’m eating a WASTE OF MONEY the only thing was good and tasted the same was the lobster I’m so disappointed first two times it was good idk if they have somebody else in the kitchen but the crawfish Mac and cheese don’t taste the same it’s just uhh

This was by far the MOST OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced. My brother and I went to Pralees for burgers and fries. While we waited for our food it started to storm really really bad outside. This was no ordinary scattered shower it was pouring. I was offered a bag for my head and I declined it, however the owner was very kind to go out in the storming weather and grab an umbrella from the car so that I can get to the car without getting wet. Keep in mind he didn’t have to do anything but give me us our food. Also he said thank you us at least 3 times for coming over to support. The food was 100/100 and I would definitely be going back and recommending to everyone I know.

My daughter suggested this place, so for my birthday I went with my family. The service was great! Everyone was so polite! The owner was humble, and very down to earth! He made me feel special on my birthday!!! We placed our orders, and had our food within minutes! The food tasted like mom’s home cooking on a Sunday! I truly recommend eating at Pra_Lees!! I will be back for the oysters!!!!

Really enjoyed it. We got there and they were closing early but made an exception for us. The grilled and fried shrimp was excellent. The sides were great. Compliments to the chef for cooking for us after close and a great meal!

I love this place. Just left and forgot my dressing for my salad . Owner is always personable and I love the crawfish rice , but he insisted I try the Real crab meat rice . I may have a new favorite now . My Parents love the homemade burgers. Ohhh please the shrimp tacos are Awesomesauce as well

Can’t comment on the food. No one was present to take my order for 10 minutes. I left. I don’t have time to waste as a business owner myself. I also couldn’t imagine not acknowledging or being aware of customers for that long inside my own building. I genuinely wanted to try this but I’ll take my money and time somewhere with a more attentive staff.
