I have been getting meals here for over a year now. The staff have always been extremely pleasant and the meals are really good. From a nutritional perspective, they do a phenomenal job of making well balanced, high protein meals. And they taste amazing. My only recommendation would be to have the breakfast menu expanded, they are amazing.

Power Plate Meals has the best food in Fargo. It’s not only the best tasting but the healthiest. I enjoy this place. Premade healthy food. Just warm them up I. The microwave. They also have some that are frozen. I drive a truck and find a healthy meal is tough. When I’m in Fargo. I stop here and get a few days worth.

I have been hearing about these guys for a long time and finally dropped in last week. I tried 5 different meals and the cookies. They we’re all delicious! Super filling! I don’t remember her name but the gal who helped me was so friendly and knowledgeable. She said she just got promoted and transfered to the area. Glad she was! Had the coconut shrimp curry today for lunch – it was delicious! This was my second time at Power Plate and I am blown away at the amount and quality of the food at the price point. Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend their meals to anyone.

This is such an amazing idea and product. Meals are made fresh and packed nicely. I have had them all and there is not a bad choice. Food is very tasty and creative to pack good carbs, fats and proteins in a meal usuallu around 300 calories. I keep them stocked in my fridge. It takes 3 minutes to reheat. Some of my favorites are their almond joy pancakes and chili relenos, they even have some amazingly creative pasta dishes. I have searched at places i traveled to for an equivalent and havent found one.
