I went here consistently for two years until moving last year, and I still visit while in town. The meals are great, pricing is decent, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I’d recommend to anyone wanting a healthy meal replacement or some good tea.

I recommend the power shake! It was packed with nutrition from veggies and fruits, and it was so so tasty and smooth. And the owner, Rose, was so kind and personable, greeting her customers by name! This is a Nutritional Shake store and weight management place that uses Herbalife Nutritional products. Many of these places are popping up all over the place particularly near high schools, colleges, and fitness gyms. This product is trending towards those individuals at most but steadily getting out to the average everyday person. I have visited many in the area(with different names obviously) and Power Nutrition so far in my opinion is the best one. The atmosphere is nice, bathrooms are clean and the ladies that work there are nice and informative. If you have questions about your weight they are willing to answer your question and can help you come up with a weight management plan. I believe they also do memberships and have weight management meetings where you can go in a weigh yourself and whatnot.
