Want a great little throwback to the 50’s? Then this is your place. Cozy atmosphere, really good food, reasonable prices and portions (in this economy) and friendly staff make this a great stop if you love diner’s. I travel frequently and get burgers every where but this time I opted for something most restaurants can’t master, an open faced tuna melt. Friends that were dining with me said the burgers they had were great but I have to say I’m glad I strayed to the Tuna. It’s difficult to make great tuna but this diner did not disappoint which in my mind says that the other items on the menu are probably prepared just as well. After all, it’s great to change up from time to time and it’s good to know that when you do want something a little different you can count on the local “burger joint” to come throught!

This little place is amazing it’s got a very 50s style and even they play 50s music! The food was amazing and the servers were also very nice and friendly. Can’t wait to go back and try it again

This place has recently reopened under new owners and has been completely remolded. It looks amazing. The staff is new and still learning. I hope they get a little faster. The chocolate milkshake was overpriced and didn’t have a lot of flavor. The burger was fresh and tasty. Looking forward to coming back and trying something different on menu.

We order breakfast pancakes and eggs and bacon. pancakes came to the tables with eggs no bacon was told bacon was still cooking 30 min later still no bacon but we did get the check. YOU WOULD THINK THAT WE GET A CHECK FOR PANCAKES AND EGGS. BUT NO WE GOT CHARGE FOR BACON WE NEVER ATE …THIS IS THE WORTH PLACE EVER DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME I WOULD HAD PREFER GOING TO WENDY’S ACROSS THE ROAD.

This is such a quaint little diner that really showcases the 1950’s in a pleasant, non-overbearing way. From the 1950’s decor, to the music softly playing in the background it really takes you back to a simpler time. When I walked in an hour to close, the server, Destiny, greeted me straight away and offered a booth for me to sit at while taking care of a couple customers sitting at their old-timey dining bar. She brought me their extensive menu, took my drink order and explained the special and soup of the day. I ordered a Blue Moon burger that was cooked to perfection and very reasonably priced ($12 with an over 30% tip). After the other customers left, she and I began talking and I ended up moving to the bar to complete my meal with friendly conversation. If you end up stopping in this small mountain town I would HIGHLY recommend giving this place a try, you won’t be dissappointed.

This place is visually adorable, but the food doesn’t match the ambiance. Out of date jellies on the table, bad o.j., they didn’t know how to make sunny side up eggs! My boyfriend ordered over easy after being worned the sunny side up will be “slimy”. I ordered my homefries cooked hard bc diners tend to undercook them. They came back almost raw. The next set of homefries were good. The waitress was nice and sweet.

Love everything about this charming place. The people are sweet and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and uplifting. The California burger and fries are So flavorful. The parking lot is easy to mess But worth turning around for.
