The food is excellent! We came in on a Sunday around 2 PM, and there was a line out the door. So, either expect to wait or try calling in your order. We ordered the baked potato and a pizza potato. They need a second oven for the pizza potatoes to keep up with demand.

Potelah in Parma Heights was a good change up for dinner for us! The best way to describe it is a Chipotle but instead of a Burrito Shell its a Baked Potato!

The place is bright and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and delicious. Loved the options for toppings. And the juice bar was Amazing!!! Fresh fruit, not frozen. Everything tasted great!!

My wife and I got the “ Regular” then loaded up my toppings of choice. It is a substantial portion for sure. Very delicious. Friendly staff, clean building . The juice is really good as well. Fresh ingredients. I am a fan !

Awesome new addition in our city! They have the best selection of fresh juices I’ve ever seen & amazing customizable baked potatoes! So many different options to choose from. I go a couple times a week and still am not tired of this place!

Our daughter has been determined to try this place for weeks so we finally stopped in. There’s lots of options for toppings and you pick either a potato or a “pizza” . She got the pizza with the garlic sauce, mozzarella, and ranch and it was soooo yummy! So much cheese and the flavors were amazing, can’t wait to go back!

We heard about this place from Parma Neighborhood group on FB. They are right around the corner from us, so we decided to try it out. The owner was very friendly and took the time to walk us through the process. The potato is very good. It’s like Subway but with a baked potato. And they don’t just give you a baked potato, they add butter, cheese, and salt and pepper, then mash the inside all up, which causes the cheese to melt. Then you add your toppings and select your meat(s). I had a potato with corn, black and green olives, pickles, sour cream, and chicken and sausage. While your potato is being made, order a juice. We tried the Potelah and Harmony, both were very good. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.
