I’m pretty disappointed with how my sandwich turned out. There was barely any marinara sauce, meat, cheese, or mushrooms. It looks like it was thrown together and my first bite was all bread. I ordered the skinny version so I’m not sure if this is how they make all of the sandwiches that are skinny, but it was pretty terrible. But the woman who brought out my food was awesome!

My first and only time here was terrible. The workers obviously hate their jobs and do the bare minimum. I was treated very rudely. Never heard a single “hello” “thank you” “have a nice day.” I waited 20 minutes (past the scheduled pick up time) for a salad and cup of soup when no one even communicated with me that there was a wait for the soup. I would have gotten something else because I was on my lunch break. They didn’t even give me the option, just made me waste my entire break. Then acted like I was a huge inconvenience when I asked where my order was. Didn’t say sorry, just slammed the food down on the counter and said “here it is” and walked away. And that was what appeared to be the manager on duty behaving this way.

I got the Cubano and the a wreck and boy oh boy these sandwiches were stale. They almost had no flavor and i swear the Cubano was the biggest disappointment. My coworker always brings a sub for lunch and I’m super disappointed. I picked them both up and both were not extra toasted. Very specific instructions and only instructions weren’t followed.

We got our usual with the hot peppers I get the turkey and cheddar Kirsten got the chicken club and of course the sandwiches are fabulous I love come in here and I got a free dream bar dessert for my birthday too so that’s pretty cool

Not a bad establishment, but the price is crazy for the sandwiches. I was once served a sandwich that was loaded with pepper. I started sneezing for how bad it was. But that was once out of the other times I went it wasn’t bad except the price, pretty expensive but it’s better than subway.

Pleasantly surprised at how tasty these sandwiches are! I got the chicken club and husband got the BLTA. Thick slices of bacon and freshly toasted bun. Loved it. Docked a star since they advertise becoming a member comes with a free sandwich. It’s been over a week and only received a survey in my email for a free cookie. Boo.

It’s sandwich shop. I spent $500 on catering & tip 20%. I didn’t get help to put it in my car. They gave me a bag where the handles ripped off & the experience was equal to a Subway drive thru. It’s in a strip mall with horrible parking so be patient.

Of all the chain sandwich shops, Potbelly does it the best. Something for every type of eater, which can be difficult to find. Pictured is the powerhouse salad and garden vegetable soup. They have many soup choices, a hard thing to find. You can add or subtract toppings from subs and salads, customize Mac&cheese, etc without them glaring at you during the lunch rush. Try the wreck if you’re feeling indulgent, my fiance swears by it.

Glad there is a sandwich option around better than Subway. This location is not exactly close to campus versus the latter which is next door to the UW Bothell campus library but for better subs and soup options, I’ll gladly take the long walk to get to the restaurant.
