Potbelly has always been a favorite of mine and this location off 183 has friendly people working there. Shoutout to Steven for going above and beyond! I always get the Pizza sandwich and this time also tried the mac n cheese which was pretty good. And save room for dessert with their tasty oatmeal chocolate chip cookies!!

Great people who will take care of you. I absent mindedly gave the wrong sandwich instructions to them, and didn’t realize until they were about to put toppings on them. They remade those sandwiches and gave me the two extra sandwiches that got mixed up for free. I will happily keep going here!

Every time I order from this restaurant there is a bigger disappointment the staff is awful. They are supposed to open the restaurant at 10 AM and I was there at 10:20 the doors were locked. I could finally get in and the person literally made me feel like he is paying for my food, and I was supposed to prepare my food that he’s paying And he didn’t even say my name when he was handing my food to me this restaurant should not be open. But I love the food. I think it’s worth it to take the extra mile and go to the other location just don’t order it from here.
