Great and fresh ingredient. And the size of a sandwich is great! The choices are varied and the food is fresh . The best sub is the Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich . Give it a try. Potbelly has a great atmosphere and enough space to dine in and study and work.

The sandwiches are great. The amount of selections of what is inside the sandwich are little. The decoration of the restaurant is old and I know how Potbelly started their business, but they should upgrade their game to compete with other competitors. I have tried it in Dubai and it tastes much better. The restroom soup and napkins are not working and the sink is in bad condition. They need to work on cleaning the restaurant more often. The prices are a bit high. That’s why it is usually not crowded.

I’ve been ordering here since the start of my freshmen year and I have to say, the accuracy, customer service, and quality that comes with my orders have always been top-notch.

Located at North Gate in College Station, this is a great place to get a sub. They have a variety of options at very affordable prices. I got a skinny chicken club sandwich (skinny being their smallest size) and it was pretty filling for the size and price. Definitely recommend checking it out. I’m personally gonna head here a few more times for sure

I was in the location located on University Dr. located across from Texas A&M University today around 3:00 in the afternoon with my family. I ordered an Italian on Flatbread. I asked for all of the ingredients except oil, and telling the employee twice, “no oil.” The employee placed all of the ingredients on the sandwich, including squeezing oil on it. As he wrapped the sandwich in paper I asked if he had put oil on and he said no. Not wanting to argue I took the sandwich. I got to the table and unwrapped the sandwich and it was dripping in oil and the paper wrapping was soaked with oil. The flatbread that was toasted crispy was soggy with oil. My wife took the sandwich to the register to ask for a replacement. She was told one was being made. After a few minutes, instead of delivering my sandwich the Manager, ******, came by the table and said it would take too long to wait for the rest of the customers to go through the line and then make my sandwich. She only offered a voucher for a sandwich on a future visit. She did not offer an apology, or a refund on the original sandwich. We asked for it to be remade. She said ok and walked away. We waited until the rest of the line was finished and still did not have a replacement sandwich. My wife went to check on the sandwich, but it was never made. She had to plead to get a refund.

As someone who is from Greece, I tried their “yee-roh” a few days ago and I was very pleasantly surprised.

Super slow. It took ten minutes to get through the line that only had 2 people in front of me. Sandwich was cold because it stayed at the end of the toaster while I waited for the other customer’s sandwiches to be slowly assembled. When it finally got to my sandwich to put toppings on, the worker had no idea how to make it. I had to explain to him what the horseradish aioli was. I told the worker to go light on the blue cheese, but when I got it back, it was covered .
