Skimpiest, smallest, saddest sandwich we’ve ever had…. No flavor, not enough meat. I got the turkey club, and she got a wreck… Both of us were disappointed, first time at Potbelly’s, i don’t like that you can’t see the other side, you can’t see the meats, the toppings, or the condition of what’s being put in your sandwich. Potbelly’s is pretty much a subways, same meats and cold cuts… I expected better quality… Last time we come.

This place has always had the best soup. I went in today for soup and decided to have a sandwich also. The first interaction I received was awesome. The guy was very attentive and offered a variety of deals to choose from. Once it left him my experience went down hill. The young lady handling the condiments was not polite and actually a bit rude. I said several times that I wanted an avocado from the start of my sandwich. Once I got in my office I began to eat my sandwich and noticed that the avocado wasn’t on the sandwich. I called in to let them know that it was left off and also the ticket information on my receipt was incorrect. I gave my information to receive a call back once the manager was available. When the manager called I explained to her that I didn’t receive my avocado but was charged for it. Seeing that you had totally screwed up my receipt you insisted on telling me that you were there when my sandwich was made and there was avocado on it. I opened my sandwich and I KNOW there wasn’t any. Instead of being combative regarding the issue an apology would have been appropriate. If it wasn’t for the first person I encountered I would have given a 1/2 star based on the leader of this establishment!!!

I like their sandwiches. I try to come here as much as I can, but I HATE the service. It is starting to get more and more irritating. I changed it up and order online for pick up. That doesn’t work I still end up waiting 30 mins for my order and see them struggle checking out people and getting online orders through with one person at the register. I feel for her cause you can see the stress in her face. These past couple of times I have been receiving my order wrong. They don’t seem to follow what I customize through the online order. It seems more and more rushed. I feel like if I want to come here again I am going to have to order my food an hour ahead.

I am frequent customer of this Potbelly location because it is close to my work, but unfortunately at least 2-3 times I have had issues with the Orders. This last time I ordered through the Potbelly app, my food showed as “delivered” and I never got it, I called Potbelly to ask what happened and the employee who answered the phone named “Ash” was rude beginning to end of the call….She told me they do not have a delivery guy and I had to call Doordash and figure it out myself with them.

I dont know who he was but he made me cry, I was in a traumatic car accident 2 years ago which paralyzed my left arm. I still have responsibilities with my 6 year old daughter. I had never been underground before but riding the train coming from the medical center my baby was hungry and thirsty. So as any mom would do we were now on the hunt for food. The love of a good sandwich is always our thing together so we went to Potbelly lol. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. We sat down and started eating, an employee came out to clean the tables asking if everything was ok. My daughter exchanged a polite yes sir to home and we went on about our meal. Here’s the best part ever, as we were leaving he stopped and asked if she could have a cookie. Of course as any kid she didn’t turn that down but what he said to me as a trying mother with a disability not knowing whats to come next, was that I did a good job with raising my daughter, keep up the good work I thanked him as I held back my tears. Thst was the sweetest thing anyone could have ever said to me that day. So whoever you are THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

Crazy management 1 star rating. Was trying to place an order for 20 people in the morning at 9am for a delivery at 11:15am. Placed the order and paid $200 July 25th 2018. When it came time for delivery, they wouldn’t pick up the phone and was constantly getting disconnected or put on hold for 10 minutes straight. Then finally the lady said “I thought that order was for 5pm” and I said “No it was for 11:15!” She said “let me get the manager on the phone.” Was on hold for another 10 minutes. I hung up and called again. Finally after ringing for another 10 mins, the phone got transferred to the location down the street a few blocks down. The lady there who picked up heard about the situation and ended up walking there. Buy this time it was already 1.5 hours late from 11:15. We decided to cancel the order because the sandwiches weren’t even made!!!!!!!!!! Terrible management. This place is on my blacklist now. I’m wondering if the owners or management will read this review and do something about it.
