Ordered thru app 1st time messed up put wrong location tried to explain ask manager if could cancel thn place at Machesney park location she wouldn’t she was very rude snappy unhelpful I asked her name she wouldn’t give it to me she said to just go to other location 25 min away was her solution. First time being here. I Waited 30 minutes for a mobile order. Employees don’t look happy. And did not acknowledge me when i was patiently waiting. There was a round guy, wearing a hat, blue shirt, blonde hair and blue eyes who was not helpful and rush me out the line when I asked for help. He seemed overwhelmed. The general manager job is to keep the store organized and keep employees happy. Will not be coming back here. Probably will be calling corporate to complain.

I come here about once a month, if not every other month, and every time I’ve been here it’s always been phenomenal. The food is good, obviously fresh, but what makes the place is the staff. Every single time I’ve been here I have had a different crew helping me, and every single time the crew is such a vibe; always friendly, always outwardly happy, and just cool people. Doesn’t matter if it’s instore or drive threw, they’re quick and the whole experience is absolutely worth coming back every time.

Horrible, i called because THEY forgot my soup- lady i talked to said they can’t do anything about it besides me coming back today because they are “extremely busy” & then hungup. so it’s my fault you forgot my soup, then gonna be rude on the phone about it. i’ll be calling tomorrow to talk to a manager. After spending $52 there, this is how they act.

I tried the Turkey club and it was fantastic. Felt brave, and got Zapp’s Hotter ‘n Hot jalepeno chips to go with it. Sandwich was superb. Loved the chips but I went through 2 bottles of water finishing them
