The restaurant wasn’t very busy. Food was made fast and hot. I had the Mama’s Meatball sub. It was good but nothing too special. The place is decorated nicely. I was impressed with the amount of drink options they had. The restaurant also has bathrooms and places you can charge your phone.

First time at this location. 3/27/24 @12:30 PM. Horrible customer service… let me rephrase that no customer service. The two people making the sandwiches seem to be bothered just by being there. One female and one male. No name tags. No interaction whatsoever. The guy making the sandwich took his sweet time putting on his gloves. I would have gave it 1 star but the lady that charged me was nice. I can definitely say I won’t be returning.

The last two days I was here was phenomenal. The manager is great. The lady with the blonde hair my sandwich was perfect today I had the Cuban. Again and it was absolutely awful. It was so plain. I has just soggy fat for meat zero stars today

I went there a couple weeks ago for 4 sandwiches during a busy time. One of the workers, Jerry, was very patient and helpful!! Being a customer service employee myself, I was very surprised and glad for their service. 11/10 would recommend!!

1st time visit to a Potbelly Sandwich shop, unfortunately would not return to this Oakbrook Center local simply due to the really poor customer interaction. We felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff. No smiles, no assistance with ordering, just rote questions asked super fast. Sandwich was ok. Bread is pure baked and taken from a sealed plastic bag. Salad was very fresh and nicely sized.

Love the sandwiches BUT the employees seem to hate working there makes me not want to order. Asking to have the sandwich toasted longer seems to be a problem. Unfortunately, the chicken or turkey is often sometimes frozen from being in the fridge (it happens) and I normally get an eyeroll. Frankly I’m paying for a product and service so yes make it my way if I’M THE ONE EATING IT.
