I must’ve eaten the ugliest most messy looking sandwich I’d ever seen in my life today. Looked like someone sloppily made it in a haste, dropped it on the floor and decided to scoop all the mixed toppings back onto the sandwich and released it to me?!? Great work whoever you are way to earn yourself a solid 1-Star review as a professional sandwich artist, I mean is it really that hard to do? All you needed was to make sure it looked presentable before wrapping it up

Great sandwiches and shakes. Inside of the restaurant is a lot larger than it looked from the outside. Outdoor seating is limited. Haven’t used the drive thru at all but it seemed like cars were getting in and out fast. Pickup through the app is pretty easy but I did have to wait a little longer than I expected. Definitely did not mind since potbelly is my favorite sandwich chain in the area.

wrong Sandwich today, they usually get it right & it’s very good and that’s why 3 stars but today it was totally wrong. Unfortunately, I go on my lunch break so I didn’t have time to get it fixed. I ate it and it was horrible. They replaced the artichoke with avocado and the provolone with feta. It was so bad, things can only be looking up from here. Up until today it’s been very good.

I had a Turkey sub.. the sandwich smelled so amazing but upon biting into it.. It had no flavor. Don’t think any seasoning was added to my sandwich as I requested. Not eating here again smh

It’s nice that this location has a drive thru. Sandwiches were made quickly and accurately. They just have to send someone out to the lobby during the high volume times. Tables were a mess and garbages were overflowing. Overall, a good experience.

This was absolutely an awful experience! I was hosting a women’s retreat at the Hampton Inn that’s located across the street from the restaurant. I’d placed a lunch order for delivery the night before that was successfully confirmed using my credit card.
