Yesterday I had the Avo turkey skinny on multi grain bread. It’s been a while since I’ve gotten a skinny sandwich from potbellies, and it was much shorter than I remember. The top bread was crumbling apart, and it tasted like the sandwich was a day old or maybe even longer. I am very disappointed with the sandwich and the price.

I stop here after doctor appointments at the hospital, and after a particularly stressful day, the staff here went above and beyond to make my day better! With the holidays coming, an employee came to my table and wished me a Merry Christmas and gave me a personalized holiday card filled with coupons. Please keep treating your employees well, because it translates to your employees having pride in what they do, which is serve your customers with care and compassion.

Place is amazing!! I always go on my way to work, & the staff is always friendly & polite. Have never had an issue with ordering in person or on-line. Sandwiches are always made top notch!! The management is polite & friendly.

My experience with Potbelly lately is not good. I used to absolutely love their chicken salad, now it makes me angry and grossed out! The last 3 times I have gone to Potbelly’s this year, all 3 times, most recent tonight (9/22/22), have been unpleasant. One time, they basically gave me a mayo sandwich with celery, there was maybe 5 pieces of chicken. The 2nd time, there was a lot of chicken, but it was practically inedible. Almost every piece of chicken was so gross, I had to throw it out, like rubber. And tonight, thought I would give them another shot, was even more disgusting than the last time. I don’t know how they can sell this disgusting chicken salad to people. It’s as if they froze it and refroze it over and over again until it left a texture unknown to humans and should never be consumed by humans. I wouldn’t even of fed it to my dog, disgusting! 3 times you are out Potbelly’s, will never eat from your establishment again!

This is some of the worst service I have ever received. Called multiple times with no answer. When they finally answered, They told me they were too busy to process my over the phone order because they had a line of 3 customers in store. 3 customers doesn’t warrant a total denial of ones order. Jordan was continuously signing and groaning as if what I was asking was to much of a hassle.

I usually love this place! But today I ordered a BLTA to have doordashed to my house. I took a bite and the bacon was super chewy and stringy. Opened the sandwich and all the bacon was very undercooked. took another look and saw the avocado also had a lot of brown spots. Super disappointed… couldn’t eat the sandwich.

Severely overpriced! I haven’t been to a potbelly’s in forever and I will NEVER be going to one again. For the combo with a skinny size wreck it was $10.35 and not worth it. The sandwich sucked and felt cheap and was cold. It is not the fault of the Geneva Commons location the Potbelly’s chain has gone downhill big time. Unless I’m given a free sandwich I will never be wasting money at a potbelly’s again. Jersey mikes all the way!

I was nervous about ordering catering for Christmas after previous experiences at other Potbelly’s, but I ordered from this location (even though it is much farther from me) because I’ve had positive experiences here. I wasn’t disappointed. Our order was ready to go at 3pm;we were running a few minutes late and didn’t realize the store closed at 3pm. The employees stayed until we arrived and didn’t make us feel bad at all. The sandwiches were great, and we’ll be back for catering in the future!
