Today is national sandwich day, or so my app informed me. So I took advantage of their BOGO special. Ordered the Mediterranean and a Veggie for in store pick up. Added some lettuce Tomatoes and onions to each. I do walk in pickup to get the walking steps. Order was ready when I arrived. Bag easy to get to on the shelf just inside the door. Sandwiches customized as I asked. Tasts great.

Really not worth the time ordered the same thing I always order and today I was given the wrong size drink paid for a large got a regular and paid for meatballs to be added to my sandwich but it was not added when I went to eat my sandwich it’s so poorly made just not the same, when Dave the manager is there it seems to always be good he cares but when he’s not there it’s just a mess

The usual good food. This location is exceptional because it’s so clean and well staffed. There is an outdoor patio with ample seating and a good sized parking lot. This location also had a drive through that seemed to move fast. Decor let’s you know you are in Buffalo Grove

Can order in app and pick up in drive through which is pretty convenient. Sandwhichs were great as always. They definitely have added more meat and cheese as advertised. They also had both cookies so that was great. Highly recommend!

I always order the same sandwich, the Italian, any time I go to Potbelly. On more than one occasion, the Italian sandwich I receive at the Buffalo Grove location doesn’t meet the usual standards of the other locations I’ve been to. It either tastes weird, like it’s missing one of the meat varieties, or I receive a sandwich with hardly any filling (the ratio is more bread than meat/cheese/toppings). Considering this is one of the more expensive sandwiches on the menu, I expect to get what I’m paying for.

I like the drive thru but how hard is it to follow an order….. missing tomatoes, peppers, mustard, mayo, oil, cheese, and pickles nearly $30 on disgusting food and silly me ordering before having to work I can’t even take it back for a refund….0 stars for the dry nasty pricey sandwich. They didn’t put cranberries in the salad just ridiculous. Won’t be coming back clearly this was in purpose.

Found not one, not two, not even three but FOUR strands of hair in my soup and sandwich. The hairs in my sandwich were buried between the layers of turkey and cheese – super disturbing. To top it off, when I asked for a refund I didn’t even receive an apology. The employees were all male but had long hair but no hair nets and not pulled back- would definitely skip out on going to this location.
