Potbelly’s has some great food. I enjoy the ambience and typically the employees at this location are pretty fun. The shakes are Phenomenal. I really like the Oreo cookies and cream shake. I would order off the secret menu – I highly recommend the Sicilian sandwich. It is the best one there. Prices are a little higher than Subway and Jimmy John’s, but the food is tasty. They do have outdoor seating in the summers, too. They will often have some live musicians playing at this location too.

Ordered a sandwich online added all the toppings and my sandwich was delivered with only meat and cheese. I called the store and the girl told me that “unfortunately” when food is ordered through a 3rd party the buttons for toppings don’t always work and that she could not refund me the money, but I could go pick up a new sandwich for free. I specifically ordered online because I am working and unable to just go pick it up! WORST custom service experience and I work in customer service!!!

Don’t even want to give any stars. We ordered for delivery 11:12am , scheduled delivery for 12. Didn’t even pick ASAP. 12 comes around no order, 12:30 no order. Call place no answer and when they did they would send us to other customers looking for their food. 12:45 send someone to go to restaurant to check and see what is going on. Assistant manager rude and said I just sent out for delivery 10 min ago. Which would of been 12:50. Then walked away.
