I love Potbelly! It always satisfies my hunger and it defies my expectations every time! The sandwiches are always cooked to perfection and the vegetables are healthy and perfect. I recommend coming here if you like warm sandwiches, quick food, and good service as I’ve always been extremely happy. Just be sure to check their hours as they have been frequently changed during the past 3 years.

Absolutely horrible. Never fully staffed. Closed early constantly. Always have to drive to the store foe it to be closed early and or online only. Staff is slow and there portion/serving sizes are always off. Go anywhere else if you want something good to eat

I got delivered the wrong salad today, and I called and let them know. The woman I talked to, Annette, was apologetic and she personally drove and delivered me the correct salad along with a cookie and some coupons! I’m so impressed- amazing customer service! Food was delicious also! We will definitely be ordering from this location again and recommending 🙂

The Minnetonka Pot Belly restaurant serves good sandwiches when open however they are not reliably open for business. I can’t tell you how many times i have driven there only to find they were closed. Call first if you don’t want to be disappointed….i know businesses are having trouble keeping and finding workers but this is no way to run a business.

Not even one star! The lady working was extremely rude, refused my online order, then refused to take my order in the store. Other employee looked visibly “disheveled ” dirty hair and clothes. No name or manager given. Will never return and seriously doubt the cleanliness of that place! Yuck

Reviewing catering/delivery services: I ordered dinner for staff for an event over 24 house in advance. 30 minutes after the requested delivery time I called to check where the order was. The man I spoke with put me on hold for 5 minutes then told me he hadn’t noticed my order but would get started making it right away. Food arrived an hour and a half after the time I requested.
