I’m never coming back here. The two black females that was working when I came in were just completely rude and arrogant. I was waiting in line for 15 minutes for service, mind you nobody was ahead of me and I acted as if I wasn’t there. F-ck this location. Go elsewhere for good service.

I was charged a higher price than what was posted on the sign board for the sandwich I ordered. When I pointed this out after I paid, my cashier asked the manager about this discrepancy. That manager told my cashier to tell me that they were sorry about that. I was not offered a refund. I asked who I could complain to about this, and was told to utilize the online survey. The manager made no effort to discuss this with me directly. I felt bad for the cashier. You should not charge customers a higher price than you post on the sign board. It is dishonest. Potbelly can do better.

1st girl making the sandwiches had the ugly face like she didn’t want to work. If you work in public be friendly. 2nd the cashier tried and I hate to say, but in reality they tried to scam me. I paid w. My debit and said approved the 1st time. She called me back 2 minutes later and Said it didn’t go through made me insert my card again, my bank notified me that I was charged 2x. I called and the lady guaranteed me it was pending and I’ll get my money back by tonight, made up a whole story how their employee card didnt go through when the 2nd time she made me insert she didnt swipe SH%T ha! 2 minutes later my money was returned. Complete joke I know they tried to charge my stuff 2x. BEWARE AND DOUBLE CHECK CAUSE THEY ARE NOT HONEST this is downtown and have alot of foot traffic they find it easy to over charge and think they can get away with it.

Do not order from here. Got rotten soups. They tasted spoiled. Asked to white bread got wheat. Which didn’t matter the meat had brown spots. Got these nasty cheesecake cookies and not shortbread. The other sandwich had all this stuff that was not asked for. A $57 order was just wrong.
