This location literally closes everyday before their closing time from 15 minutes on they will not be open despite being posted as open until 8 they never are. It’s super annoying. Don’t know who training staff to do this but I assure you it’s not corporate! Don’t waste your time like I did 3 separate times! Not a fab

I have never personally been here living in Florida, however I came across a tiktok from someone that did order from this location and felt compelled to write a review. The person that posted the tiktok was in the hospital, and ordered the food to be delivered and included a special request for “extra condiments, because the hospital food was awful.” To her surprise, not only did they include extra condiments, they provided her multiple additional sandwiches, and multiple additional cookies. To me this gesture was so heart warming to see, and such a selfless act of kindness. If I ever find myself in the area I will be sure to check this place out, but I just wanted to stop by and say great job to this location and the staff!

Would have been a 5, but the cashier with a barbed wire tattoo on his left arm ruined it. He had an airpod in 1 ear, was on the phone, and even hit a vape pen during our time there. We asked if they offered a Military discount, his response was a blank stare and a barely audible “This is my 3rd day, I have no idea.” I asked if he could check, which seemed to shock him. They don’t offer a discount, which is no big deal. The rest of the employees were phenominal, it was only this person that ruined a 5 star rating.

Stopped in today for lunch. They had a sign that due to severe understaffing they were only taking online orders. I don’t have the app and the location on the website was not pulling. Leena was so kind and accommodating & still took my order (which she easily could’ve just told me they weren’t doing). This pregnant momma was so thankful for her today.

It was great. I had for the first time today and loved it. I had the wreck it slider with pickles and the famous chicken salad (which I haven’t ate yet but it will be dinner) and their Oreo milk shake that I drunk to the bottom it was very creamy and didn’t have large cookie chunks that get stuck in your straw and I didn’t have to strain my neck try to drink it (I’m not a major shake drinker and I always get a small when I get one and i never finish it)

My sandwich was great however the online order only needs to be addressed, when placing my order it said it would be 30-35 minutes and that my food would be ready between 1:53 -2:08 when I arrived at 1:45 my order was already sitting there and the receipt has a pick up time of 1:38 which of course meant I have a $5.67 chocolate shake that is like chocolate milk and a cold sandwich
