First of all, I honestly believe Potbelly is the most underrated sandwich place. The food is amazing, the hot peppers are actually hot, the perks are great, and I am never disappointed. I also love that when you’re signed up for perks, you get a whole month for your birthday to redeem a free dessert, which includes a shake. The online ordering and drive thru pickup is so convenient. And I love this location. I’ve been ordering from here pretty often for a while and one of the workers drew smiley faces on our sandwich bags. Such a small thing, but I thought it was so cute and made me excited to eat. I don’t want to complain about this, because I work in food service and it’s so far from being a big deal, but if I had to complain about something it would be that they did not cut my sandwich in half this time. But it was made just the way I wanted it as always and still tastes amazing. I will keep coming back 🙂 Would eat it every day if I could.

Been eating here for years, but I quit. The quality of the Sandwiches has deteriorated drastically. You get a different Sandwich every time. Some OverCooked, some completely sloppy with the condoments so the breads mushy, etc… Now the Prices went up from $7 to $9 (I Usually Order The Italian Sandwich) & were advertised as larger. No problem except where’s the meat? And all the meat is bland. This is one of many sad Sandwiches from this location & the last. At least Jersey Mikes subs have a fair amount of meat for their prices. So I contacted them for a replacement Sandwich & they agreed. But then I realized that the same person who made the first Sandwich was most likely to make the second, so I just quit & didn’t return it. Not going back.

This potbelly never disappoints. In fact, I think it’s the first one I ever went to that hooked me onto it. The people there are extremely nice and pleasant. I always get the Italian sub and it’s always done well. The chicken pot pie soup is UH-MAZ-ING! It’s always hot, the flavor is great and comforting, and the buttery soft pie crust bits inside is chef’s kiss! The oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are the best ever. I didn’t think I liked oatmeal cookies.

So I ordered a Turkey Swiss sandwich and asked to add bacon. I was charged 1.49 for 1 strip of bacon in my sandwich. You people at potbelly are ridiculous 1 strip of bacon on a sandwich Smh never again.

Nice to see Potbelly’s in Michigan. I lived in Chicago for many years and enjoyed their sandwiches there. Now that we moved near Detroit it’s a pleasant surprise to be able to continue eat Potbelly’s sandwiches!

I got a turkey club with ranch and pickles. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Also their Mac and cheese with bacon and red peppers. Delicious. 10/10. Will be back.
