Tried to go at 8:45, but they decided to close early. Luckily the Panera that recently opened in the same parking lot had no problem making me a sandwich. I’ll just go there first next time.

Ordered through Door Dash, ordered an Italian sub which was supposed to come with provolone cheese, then I added Mayo, hot peppers, and lettuce and this is what I got. Worst sub I’ve ever had.

I love PotBelly & their Hot Peppers! Never left unhappy 🙂 It always feel so good being in a Pot Belly shop. I definitely recommend this location because they also have a drive-thru. I’d also recommend ordering through their drive-thru, because it seems to be their priority. Don’t forget to download their app for perks & easy payments 🙂

Been to a couple of Potbelly’s and this one was very similar. Same menu options. Soups, salads and sandwiches. Everything I have tried is pretty good. Haven’t had a bad experience. Staff is friendly. Food is fresh. Dining area is clean. Enjoyed our food and left full!

I usually love potbelly and this is my first time buying from this location. I Ordered the Turkey avocado Sandwich and the avocado is clearly bad . They couldn’t have possibly made this sandwich and thought it was okay to send out . I’m extremely disappointed after waiting 40 minutes to get this sandwich that I’m not even going to eat . Complete waste of money

I love potbelly’s however the service today and the last time I visited, I will never come to this location again! Rude to the 10th power. If you see a customer waiting in line even though you’re working drive through, courtesy would be to acknowledge your customer at least!!! Especially when I made it known I was ready and waited a literal 7 minutes before I left. Sadly this is NOT the first time but definitely the last

I want to like this place but I’m disappointed every time. I’m convinced the employees just blatantly don’t listen to your order. I have gone there 4 times and each time there was something missing, weather is be toppings on the items or entire items. Officially boycotting.

Great food and great staff! No complaints for me. Well one, I’m not a fan of the mustard. Otherwise, no complaints. My order was correct and the food was fresh. The mediterranean sub was flavorful and loaded with toppings. I enjoyed every bite.

Today was our first time at potbelly, me and my wife split the Italian sub, it was so good I’m really sorry that I didn’t try it sooner we also had your soup and chili everything was delicious and the staff (shorty) and the rest were wonderful we will be back..

The employees are nice and do a great job. However, the portions are really small for how expensive it is. The Mac and cheese and the cheesy broccoli soup is good but no one liked anything else we got. Also, don’t bother spending the extra couple of bucks on a bowl. It’s not worth it as you don’t get much more than a cup.
