I placed an online order for pickup, they forgot my milkshake and I asked for peppers on the side. They put peppers on the sandwich and then just handed me another side when I said something. The store also had a nasty and unclean smell that almost made me sick when I entered. This is the worst potbelly’s location I have ever entered and the reason they are going down hill, perfect example. So sad to compare to what the franchise used to be!

Please do not go to this potbelly they are extremely rude and whoever was in the drive-through today at 8/4/2023 12:30pm- 12:40pm was extremely rude and unprofessional, and claimed that they were the manager of the store. When I asked to speak to the manager. This is really sad because if you read the other reviews, people have negative things to say about the drive-through, and the store. I will never spend my money here again. And potbelly you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

these are the same people who fight for 20$ an hour but don’t actually care about there job at all was in line to get a sub and never got it they didn’t even make the mf some lady and her kid came in after and had there food up in 5 min while i was already sitting there waiting for 15-20 moments like this make me wanna freak out in public cause it’s disrespectful definitely won’t be goin back ever again.

Tried it tonight. Will never eat there again. Sandwich was 2 on a scale of 10 (Cubano). And the soup(broccoli and cheese) had zero taste. Such a waste of my money. On my first time trying the food.

First time trying this place. The BOGO brought me and my son to come today. I got the Cubano and my son got the pizza melt. He was very happy with his. Mine I added lite horseradish aioli to the sandwich. Next time I’d put regular or even extra. Yummy! Also the bottled root-beer is delicious. My son is Diabetic T1 and got the vitamin water lemonade zero sugar. Great job carrying something yummy with low carbs!

This was my first time here, I like the atmosphere of the restaurant, service was good and friendly. I ordered the avo turkey, loaded potato soup. So far I only ate the soup and I must say not impressed with it (Chili’s loaded potato soup is the best) this soup was blah, no zip or zing. Like you opened up a can of soup. Little chunks of potatoes, no bacon, no cheese, no sour cream with tomato topping, absolutely nothing. I sure hope this sandwich is better.
