Ordered a cookie batter milkshake with chocolate (limited edition item, possibly seasonal?). This was an incredible milkshake. It didn’t last more than 5 minutes because of how good it was. I would definitely stop by just for a milkshake! Hoping to come & try the subs sometime!

I came to Potbelly today for sandwich, soup and drink. Am writing this review while still in the store. The sandwich and soup was tasty!!! I would highly recommend the chicken sandwich. I had cheddar, mayo, and avocado on mine. The loaded baked potato soup was also great! The staff today was pleasant. Was also greeted by the new manager. He was very kind and truly seems to care about the customer. I would like them to have the musician come back occasionally. That was nice when they used to do that and I believe helps set them apart from other sandwich shops. Great job!

Went to check this place out. Had heard great things since being under new management. Personally asked for the manager and was greeted with a very friendly smile. He made our sandwiches to perfection and was beyond polite. I will be recommending all of my friends and family and telling them how amazing josh and some of the other staff are.

First time back here since they opened forever ago. Good quality ingredients … just lacking a lot of flavor. I feel like it’s on the same wave as Panera, flavor-wise. Wish they had banana peppers or a special zesty sauce for sandwich toppings to add that flavor 🙂 The lemon cheesecake cookie is YUMMY – definitely buy one of those if you’re thinking about something sweet afterward!

Love this place but man! They Close way too early during the week, can’t get dinner… only lunch. Now, not only closed on Sunday but it’s Saturday at 1:00 pm and they closed These hours are awful for working folks! (UPDATE: Yea for working on adding more hours! I’m addicted to these soup offerings!)

We love potbelly food wherever we go but for some reason this restaurant is only open till 3:00 or 4:00 in the afternoon. We really don’t appreciate not being able to get dinner and it’s very silly when you think about it not being open at the dinner hour 5 or 6 days a week.

This was my third visit, I only went because I heard it was under new management, and I wanted to give it one last try before I was done with it. It was the best service and best food that I have recieved there. The restaurant was the cleanest I have ever seen it.

Unfortunately this is the only Potbelly in the Fort Wayne area. I have been here numerous times and they have unfortunately been close even though the hours of operation state that they’re open. I understand that they are short staffed and it’s not their fault. Recently I was able to go earlier however I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my order in with only two families ahead of me. That’s just way too long for fast food. Their online ordering is also not an option so I can’t even get my order in ahead of time. The inside seems like it’s in disarray with boxes on the counter top. Regardless the staff is friendly I’ll give them that but given the difficulty of getting a fast food quickly I think I’ll pass

Delicious food!!! Try the jalapeno relish up by the register… Spicy delicious!! (See picture $6.95 for a jar). The staff is friendly as well. Great Service!!! I highly recommend.
