Never been to the Potbelly Sandwich shop before, so I went with the wife. The place was very nice and open for dinning inside. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was not crowded. Normally I would have gone to a different place for this type of meal. I was surprised that the place was very open.

Italian sub and club sandwich, both were just regular sub sandwiches nothing special or exciting to eat. Kroger Italian treo is better for the money and tastes the same.

Potbelly’s is Potbelly’s. You know what you’re going to get and if you haven’t had their food definitely give it a try. The issue is this location…can’t seem keep staff….poor staff planning… online ordering sometime works…. management/ownership needs to figure it out or get out of the way and let someone else run it.

The service was good. The restaurant is nicely decorated. I do not care for the bread it is on the thinner flakier side. The sandwich is not packed full like some shops. Overall taste was good for a fast food sandwich. The broccoli cheddar soup was good. The horseradish/aioli is something to try.

Went here for lunch and it was great! The service was fast and friendly. They are one of the best sandwiches places around. They also have really good chips. If you want a quick place for lunch then look no further!
