I absolutely love this place. It’s priced fair, and the staff is always so friendly. I have never had a bad experience with the staff. 🙂 The building itself is very cozy inside.

This is one of my all-time favorite toasted sub restaurants. I always get the turkey sub with just about everything on it plus extra hot peppers and sometimes I buy a jar of the hot peppers(around $6.99). They are the best I’ve had. They also have great salads, soups, chips, and Coca-Cola products and some bottled drinks plus cookies shakes, and maybe a couple other desserts. I definitely recommend less location. It is always clean and everyone is friendly parking is usually easy to find. If you can’t find it right outside of the building on the street there is a parking lot across the street.

I absolutely love Potbelly’s !! My favorite sandwich is the wreck . If your on the fence this restaurant is a must try, you will not be disappointed. I wish they would build one closer to me, I would be there all the time. They also have a great rewards program!! You get double points every Thursday. Fantastic sub place

Very good sandwiches! Have a small selection of coke products, tea was pretty horrible, tasted like it had gone bad. Pretty good selection of chips, and a wider variety of foods such as soups and salads.

Overall is a good experience. Food is made in front of you. Not many topping options but enough to change it up a bit. Food is not expensive and quick with the service. The variety of sandwiches makes up for the lack of topping options. Overall good food and good experience. Would recommend you give it a try if you’re looking for something similar to a Firehouse subs or Jimmy Johns. Overall quality is worth the price.

Great place to grab a sub.. Good location inside the Greene. I really wish if the make new vegetarian soups instead of the tomatoe soup. Otherwise great place.

Excellent food and customer service. Manager was very friendly and the staff all treated us as if they were happy we were there (less and less restaurants are feeling that way). Recommend “the wreck” sandwich and some delicious cookies.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Potbelly and both times my sandwich barely had any meat on it. This is the sandwich called “the wreck” and there’s multiple types of meat on it, but this is just full of lettuce. I was hoping the first time was just a fluke, but since this is the second time I probably won’t order from here anymore.
