Definitely understaffed. There were only two people working when I went, and one woman was running both the line in the store and the drive-thru. She was very nice, and I had to give her credit for her patience despite having to do so much by herself. All that being said, the service was slow, none of the tables were clean, and the food was just okay. One thing that was a little off for me was the height of the counter where you ordered food. I’m a pretty short adult (4’11”), and the counter went up to my nose.

Imagine this, you’ve been in the house all month recovering from leg and ankle surgery and you are finally able to get out for an hour with a friend and you decide “hey, you know what sounds good? a sandwich. let’s get potbelly! they have a drive thru!” so you make your way and you get there and at 6:45pm they tell you there’s no way to order in the drive thru (EVEN THOUGH YOU TOLD THEM YOUR LEG WAS BROKEN) so you have to get out and order face to face….when the front register is closer to the drive thru than the table they ask you to sit at. I could understand if I had been there at closing time but this is during a dinner shift. I feel as though the drive thru should be an option during rushes. especially when you have 6 people working. the sandwich looks good though but super inconvenient means of getting the sandwich.

Mobile order was ready to go upon arrival. Food was accurate, warm, and pretty tasty overall. Napkins and utensils were provided as well. A little disappointed with the chicken salad sandwich as it was rather dry. Not what I remember it to be. Supposed to be a new and improved recipe. I prefer the old version.

Everything was just ok. I found it odd I had to repeat my order at the register. The loaded potato soup was kind of bland. I saw no bacon,green onions, or cheese nor did I taste it. As for the atmosphere they had a cute little book nook but I had 3 meals and there was no trays. Carrying everything to the table was harder than it needed to be. I felt like there was a lot of single use containers and trash for a dine in experience. The turkey looked very wet and the consistency wasn’t the best. My daughter liked the chili and the meatball sub had a generous portion of meatballs

Soooo tasty, was in the area and wanted to try out the mason location and was impressed. Employees were friendly and restaurant was clean. Only thing I can complain about is the plastic cups for water just annoying but overall enjoyed the experience.

Always wanted to check the place out when visiting… Not sure if two adults and two kids was worth $27. Online kids Menu differs from actual menu, no combos, all ala carte. With a name like potbelly I guess we expected pulled pork or barbecue. No prices listed on menu board inside except for a few items.
