I had my meals delivered through Grub Hub. The driver didn’t even knock on my door to let us know that the food arrived. That’s not your fault. The food was excellent. It’s one of the best sandwich restaurants in North Carolina. The sandwiches were loaded well. It was delivered by a reasonable time. The sandwiches were delicious. I will definitely order from here again. Highly recommended.

Staff was wonderful and patient to new customers. Food is comparable to Panera at a better price point. This location earned it’s great sanitation rating. The only nick for me was the flat sodas and some of the lettuce was old.

They’re stingy with their ingredients. The salad came with avocado but in addition to that I payed an extra $1.19 for extra avocado and I only received 3 slices of avocado. This is the second time this has happened. I added a photo of what the $9 salad looks like.

We got sandwiches to go, and mine was delicious! I got the veggie melt with all the free veggies possible. No picture because I ate it too fast, haha! Ingredients tasted fresh, and the additional toppings were fantastic.

This was my first time at Potbelly’s and probably my last. The other 2 employees I spoke with were nice, but the person making our sandwiches was complaining about wanting to close right in front of us, put hot peppers on my sandwich when I asked for something else, took them off but didn’t change gloves so both my sandwich and my friend’s were spicy, and didn’t put the basic toppings on my friend’s sandwich that she paid for. To top it off, I found an inchworm in my sandwich. Again, this probably doesn’t happen often, but if the staff acts like they don’t care then don’t expect them to. Again, the other employees were fine, but it just takes one to ruin the experience.
