First time eating at a Potbelly Sandwich Shop. It was good. Not too busy when we went in for lunch. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast. I got the Avo Turkey Sandwich combo and my wife got the Mediterranean Sandwich combo. It was $28. A little high for two regular sandwich combos in my opinion, but at least it tasted good. They have Zapps Chips if you’re a fan. Also, they use paper straws which I personally don’t care for. I will say there were quite a few orders being picked up “To Go” while I was there and I noticed a couple came back in to report missing items or incorrect orders. So, if you are ordering online or using a delivery service, be aware that it appears employees may not have the best attention to detail. ♂️ If you happen to be in the area and want a toasted sandwich, I’d recommend this shop, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

I placed an order online for an avocado mushroom sandwich. When I picked up the order I just expected to get an average sandwich but today it was different. It was filled with everything I wanted and not small portions but perfect portions of everything. It was flavorful and juicy. I loved it so much that I gave them a call to tell them how delicious it was. I love potbelly sandwiches and cant wait to return!

Really cool people working here, however the food needs some help. It was tasty but I eat with my eat before I eat with my mouth. The company post pictures of their good on the TV and facebook, however the sandwiches do not look like their advertisements

Went it to eat lunch today and got the chicken salad sandwich. For the most part I was quite satisfied with the sandwich but it needed a little bit more mayo. The best part of my experience was the customer service. Genesis, the lady who was making my sandwich, was very kind and thoughtful and made sure I was happy with my sandwich. If only all employees were like this !

I come here because I live across the street but this Potbelly’s struggles with directions and consistency. I use the app and always make my order the same way. They always mess it up or don’t follow he directions. If it’s an issue, why even allow customers to customize?!? My sandwich had 3 pickles, reg amount of lettuce, 2 tomatoes and extra mayo on one side. Sorry no picture of sandwich, I thought I left my phone at home.

Italian sandwich was great. Staff friendly. No wait. The only issue I had was that they were out of Dr pepper in the fountain machine. The staff offered me a choice of drinks instead but were unable to change it. Overall a great experience.

I did not receive my complete order. I have contacted the store twice and was told that management would contact me. No one contacted me, I still have not received my refund and the quality of the food has declined. Disgusted that my time and money was wasted on such poor service and food quality

It was my first time trying this place. I ordered the Mediterranean sandwich via Uber Eats and customized it to a vegan sandwich. They totally missed the note and added cheese in it. As a vegan, I can’t have any meat or any dairy products. If I was allergic it would’ve been worse. I called and spoke to the manager Marlin right away and he said I can request a refund on the app or pick up another one, but they don’t deliver so I would have to come and pick it up. I said ok, I’ll just pick up another one tomorrow instead of requesting a refund. He asked me what time I was coming; I told him around 1:30ish. He said he was going to print the order and leave a note. So I go in today and they tell me he didn’t leave a note. I asked to speak to the manager on duty and the manager didn’t even want to come out and talk to me. I was like WOW this is the first! I mean they were all just so horrible even I couldn’t believe it. I was like forget, I don’t even want it anymore. Even if they offered me a lifetime of free meals, I wouldn’t never ever go to this place. I requested my refund. I’m good.

Utter disappointment. Right off the bat, ordering was chaos. Its so backwards since we got told to go to the end, order go to the front and pay, then while paying they’re asking us about toppings. It doesn’t make sense and customers are stepping over eachother to order. Staff was rude and didn’t seem to care that we had no idea how it was supposed to work. Then the sandwiches had barley any substance on it. For the price, don’t even think about it. People just don’t care anymore
