Great Subs, Prices are decent, workers are somewhat nice depending on who serves you. My problem is when I come to this location on some days, it’s open past 8 but on other days it’s closed. It’s says 9 but it’s always closed. Today it was open and the same guy who I always see with the glasses, always has high energy and helps me with no problem. The rest seem to be irritated that I came in late which is somewhat understandable. But when I try to come in later in the week on Thursdays and Fridays it’s never open. All and All decent food but I won’t be returning unless it’s earlier in the week.

One of my favorite sandwhich places. Great location and friendly staff as well. I love these sandwhiches and they are delicious and made with fresh, high quality ingredients. The hot peppers here are the BEST, and you can buy them in jars to take home. They are quick here and this is a great place to grab lunch in Tysons. Also any time I have had an issue at this location they resolved it right away. Great sandwhiches and company.

Potbelly is my favorite sandwich shop. I always order the chicken and cheddar on white with bacon mayo and lettuce. The service is fast, and the employees are kind. I’m also a fan of the broccoli cheddar soup, but today I’m trying the chicken pot pie soup. Good drink selection. They also have tasty desserts like cookies and brownies. A bit pricey, but way better than Subway or Quiznos.

I’ve gotten sandwiches from this location a handful of times and never had any complaints. Today I ordered online for pickup , which included a milk shake. I lost track of time and was 15 minutes late getting my food and figured the shake would be melted. But they were nice enough to keep it in a cooler so it was still perfect when I got it. And it was delicious!

We ordered veggie melt, pizza melt, Mediterranean sandwiches along with chocolate and strawberry milkshakes. The sandwiches were fine but the shakes were very low on the flavours. They make it based off vanilla ice cream, a bit of milk and add synthetic flavour on top to blend it together. The flavours could have been stronger as the kids were trying hard to taste chocolate and strawberry in what essentially felt like a vanilla milk shake.

Came here for lunch with my husband and ordered the wrong kind of Turkey sandwich than what I thought I was ordering. I went back to reorder a new sandwich (and was planning on paying for it), when the GM approached me and said he overheard me asking about the different kinds of Turkey, and that I ordered the wrong thing before. He said not to worry the sandwich I was on them, and he wanted to make sure I got what I was hoping for. It was really nice and showed that they genuinely care that their customers are satisfied with their meals. Thank you so much for your customer service. You guys are awesome! Oh and ps- once I had the right sandwich I was very happy!!! Their sandwiches are A+
